MUMBAI: Bhanzu has roped in Nitin Agarwal as head of marketing & growth, as the edtech startup gears up to expand its AI-driven maths learning platform from India to the US and beyond.

Agarwal, a seasoned consumer tech leader with over 16 years in marketing and growth, has a track record of building high-growth businesses and pioneering new categories across Flipkart, Purplle, Hotstar, ShopClues, UpScalio, SARVA and Bhanzu. He has scaled e-commerce, D2C, OTT and health brands, delivering market leadership, double-digit revenue growth and cash-flow-positive operations.

At Bhanzu, Agarwal will lead global marketing strategy, customer acquisition, category management and brand building, supporting the startup’s rapid expansion across 10+ geographies and its first learning centre in McKinney, Texas. The company, recognised as one of LinkedIn’s Top 20 Startups of 2025, is already showing industry-leading CAC/LTV metrics.
