    MUMBAI: Zee Telugu’s latest show Zee Heroes had showcased the contestants performing stunts that have not only kept the audience on the edge but also brought the participants face – to – face with their biggest fears. As the tasks and the competition gets tougher; the ability and courage of the contestants are getting challenged at every level. An amalgamation of thrill, adventure, courage, reality, entertainment and a whole lot of fear, Zee Heroes goes on-air every Sunday at 9:00 PM only on Zee Telugu and Zee Telugu HD.

    As a sneak peek to the next episode, in the wilderness of Thailand, 10 daredevils perform a dynamic stunt atop a moving truck. Team Ashwa gets the opportunity to play first, while Gaja team contestants distract their opponents by throwing the water balloons on them, as Ashwa team is painting a sketch on a moving truck. Amidst the game, Akarsh Byramudi from Ashwa team gets hurt due to water balloons.

    The end of every episode will witness a face-off task, and the winner of this task will be elected as Garuda contender. This week Vidhyulaekha, Milind, Sunanda and Samrat will fight for the title of Garuda contender and the Garuda winner would earn the power to save themselves or a friend from elimination.

    Zee Telugu will be strengthening its fiction line up with their latest fiction launch – Radhamma Kuthuru. A show that is not merely bound by a sole moral idea but is a based on various themes – a daughter’s never-giving-up attitude, a mother’s optimistic nature and a son who never goes against his mother, and stands for his love. It focuses on faith in God and putting efforts when antecedents are against you. It is a wake-up call to our society that relationships often need compromise and sacrifice; without these, neither life is a blessing, nor does it bring joy. Launching on 26th August, the show will be telecasted Monday-Friday between 7:00 and 7:30 PM only on Zee Telugu and Zee Telugu HD.

    Akshara, played by Deepti, is a kind-hearted middle-class girl who lives along with her mother and two sisters. Radhamma, played by Aarti, the mother of three daughters, is an extremely patient woman who runs a small hotel for a living. She also maintains an optimistic attitude towards life despite having faced many hardships after her husband abandons her for not being able to give birth to a son. Aravind, played by Gokul, is a local goon with moral values and quality of goodness; he falls in love with Akshara.

    Radhamma Kuthuru revolves around the life of Akshara and Aravind who are diametric to each other in every sense. Akshara vows to restore her mother’s lost pride and improve their financial situation by studying to become an IAS officer. On the other hand, Aravind belongs to an elite class family who never goes against his mother. The show encircles around Akshara’s miseries and the adversities she undergoes to become an IAS officer.

    We all have heard stories of supernatural powers disrupting lives but what if the same power adds a twist that sets everything right? Zee Telugu is all set to entertain your entire family this weekend, with the showcase of the World Television Premiere of ‘Kanchana 3’ on Sunday, 25th August 2019 at 5:30 PM only on Zee Telugu and Zee Telugu HD.

    Actor-filmmaker Raghava Lawrence is back with the fourth instalment to the highly popular and successful Kanchana franchise which kicked off with the 2007 film Muni. The story encircles the ghost fearing Raghava, played by Lawrencce and his happy family comprising his mother, played by Kovai Sarala, brother played by Sreeman and sister-in-law played Deva Darshini. The whole family including Raghava’s cousins played by Vedhika, Oviya, Nikki Tamboli witness strange, scary incidents in their house followed by, Raghava getting possessed. The subsequent events lead to the revelation of another character Kaali, played by Lawrence again and how an evil minister Sankar, played by Tarun Arora and his brother Bhavani, played by Kabir Duhan Singh ruined Kaali and his lover Rosy. In what way Raghava helps Kaali to achieve his revenge is what the movie is all about.

    Kanchana 3 is directed and co – produced by Raghava Lawrencce, produced by Kalanidhi Maran and music is scored by S.S.Thaman.

    Zee Telugu to premiere action-packed movie ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’ on August 15th

    Zee Telugu is set to take its viewers on a memorable journey this Independence Day, filled with courage and bravery. One such instance of bravery was the ‘surgical strikes’ conducted in 2016 by the Indian army, against militant launch pads in Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir (POK). This story is depicted in the movie ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’ starring Vicky Kaushal and Yami Gautam. To celebrate our honorary Indian Army on the day of national independence, ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’ will premiere in Telugu on television on the-first-time-ever on 15th August at 3:00 PM only on Zee Telugu and Zee Telugu HD.

    Aditya Dhar, a debutant directed this film based on the sensational surgical strike of 2016. To begin with, the film has been divided into chapters which ultimately lead to the surgical strikes. Major Vihaan Singh Shergill played by Vicky Kaushal, is a valiant army man who aces in strategic operations. However, when his mother’s Alzheimer’s start progressing rapidly, he bids goodbye to his border surveillance and requests for a transfer to an army base in the Capital so that he can spend some time with his mother. When National Security advisor, played by Paresh Rawal, proposes for a surgical strike in POK, Vihaan comes back to the border and leads the mission.

    The movie is produced by Ronnie Screwvala, while the music scored by Shaswat Sachdev adds intensity, especially when it comes to the action scenes in the film. The sound is powerfully composed to be a character by itself in ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’.

    Commenting on the show, Sunanda Malasetti Muthyala Muggu Fame said, “I want to prove how strong I am, and win every stunt, no matter what it is. I want to be remembered as the daredevil queen.” Tejaswi Madivada Fame Bigg Boss 2 said, “Winning is important but experiencing the show and enduring the tasks is more important. So, win or lose, I want to stay till the end.” Akarsh lead actor Attarintlo Akka Chellalu said he is part of this show because, “I want to explore my limits in this adventurous journey, and I want to know how far I can go.” Giving Thailand a flavor of Indian comedy, Ramprasad Jabardasth Fame agreed to be part of the show, for the final money prize.

    The lady comedian Vidyullekha said, “I am an adrenaline junkie and I love daredevil tasks. I have my own set of fears and hope to conquer them through this show.” Speaking about his return with another reality show, Samrat Reddy Bigg Boss 2 Fame said, “I love to mentally challenge myself.” Singer Anudeep said, “I like being adventurous and performing the stunts helps us understand and learn about our strengths and weakness.” Adding further, Miland Roadies Fame is a part of the show to gain the exposure and experience. Actress Apoorva said, “Outdoor activities are something I really love.” Miss AP Srishti said, “I love challenging myself. I want to push my limits as much as possible.”

    As the contestants make their way to begin performing their first-ever task, a little surprise awaits them when they learn the clues for the task are in Thai language.

    MUMBAI: Zee Telugu, the ultimate destination for entertainment, promises its viewers a thrilling weekend filled with suspense with the world television premier of ‘Vishwamitra’ on Sunday, 11th August at 6 PM. Starring Nanditha Raj, Ashutosh Rana, Vidhylekha Raman and Prasanna, the movie is sure to leave audiences at the edge of their seats with its nerve wrecking twists and turns.

    Mitra, a character played by Nanditha Raj works in a construction company owned by Rana, played Ashutosh Rana. He is a womanizer and goes after Mitra, creating problems at her workplace. Every time Mitra lands into a problem an invisible person is seen entering the scene and helps her. After she shares this information with her dear friend, C.I Gopal played by Prasanna, he wants to meet the man in question. The next day, Gopal secretly observes Mitra entering a restaurant and notices Mitra talking to herself in the CCTV footage, with none seated in front of her. This intrigues him and he explains this to Mitra, who says she is seeing that man and talking to him, unlike Gopal’s observation.

    How do Mitra and Gopal solve this mystery? Why is the unseen man friendly to Mitra and why does Rana fear him? What is the relation between the invisible man and Rana? The rest of Vishwamitra revolves around these angles. The film is directed by Raj Kiran while music is scored by Anup Rubens.

    Zee Telugu launches new fiction show- Rama Sakkani Seetha

    MUMBAI: Zee Telugu is set to bolster it’s programming line-up by introducing another fiction show – Rama Sakkani Seetha, a story of love and mysticism. It’s all set to premiere on July 29th.

    The narrative highlights the journey of Seetha as she fights to protect her family from a curse which was bestowed upon her family. During the auspicious time of Seetharama Kalyanam, Seetha gets married to Rama Raju accidentally and they are forced to accept each other as husband and wife. She goes into a family which has four brothers and the brothers fear the priest who cursed their parents that, a single woman will destroy the entire family. The core of the story lies in finding out who cursed them and how Seetha will set them free

    Seetha is played by Jyoti who, previously mesmerized the viewers with her acting in Mangamma Gari Manumaralu and Rama Raju is played by Nanda Kishore who has an immense fan following through Rama Seetha.

    Rama Sakkani Seetha shall telecast every weekday at 7:30 PM starting July 29th, replacing Meenakshi, while Meenakshi shifts to the 2:30 PM slot as Na Kodalu Bangaram goes off-air on 26th July.

    MUMBAI: Zee Telugu has curated a special showcase ‘Jathara – Bonala Sandhadi’ as a treat to its ardent fans. The special Bonalu show will bring together the full Zee Kutumbam under one roof to celebrate the festival amidst spectacular songs, dance and merriment on 28 July at 5.30 PM on Zee Telugu and Zee Telugu HD.

    Zee Telugu’s ‘Jathara – Bonala Sandhadi’, was a magnificent affair with all the TV stars in their celebratory best – dressed in festive finery, dancing to superbly choreographed performances on the Siddipet Government Degree college grounds. Ismart Shankar team – Puri Jagannath and Charmie graced the event.

    The eager crowd was also entertained by Bellamkonda Srinivas, who made a dashing entry on stage with his super cool dance moves and Sampoornesh Babu along with his entire team of ‘Kobbari Matta’, who enthralled the audiences with his 3 and half minute dialogue on stage and left everyone captivated.

    The pride of Siddipet, MLA Harish Rao graced the event and conveyed his best wishes to Zee Telugu. The gala celebration that took place at the Siddipet was anchored by the popular host Suma Kanakala, Pradeep Machiraju and Ravi.
