    MUMBAI: Adding on to the festive vibes of the new year, Zee Telugu, one of the leading Telugu GEC, has announced the telecast of its special offering Sankranthi Samabaralu for its ardent viewers. The show will feature Zee Telugu Kutumbam stars celebrating Sankranthi with much fervor and gaiety with a mix of special dances, comedy skits, music and lots of fun.     This special episode features the two-day event that witnessed a gathering of most of the actors from the Zee Telugu Kutumbam, rejoicing with traditional games and activities like Rangoli, Bullet race and more. The jamboree is hosted by VJ Sunny and Sreemukhi, while the special attraction for the event is Energetic Star Ram Pothineni who surprises the Zee Telugu family with his entry on bike along with a rally of bikers. The icing on the cake is, Ram unveils his upcoming movie posted Red which is all set to release this Sankranti.

    The second day adds to the essence of the festival as Sudha Chandran, Sunanda and Anusha will portray as goddesses and perform on Ammavaru songs. Besides, fiction leads dances on tunes of some exciting medley songs. The mega event is anchored by Navdeep and exuberant Sreemukhi, where the entire constellation of Zee Telugu’s most popular stars descended on the same place and set the festival ablaze with their breathtaking performances.     MUMBAI: After nine successful years of entertaining the audience, Zee Telugu returned with the tenth edition of Kutumbam Awards 2020. It was a glorious evening in Hyderabad where the red carpet was rolled for the Zee Telugu family to felicitate them and celebrate the exceptional talent in the Zee Telugu Family.

    This year, the Kutumbam awards was unique right from the stage and set up was designed to give the viewers cinematic theater and jaw dropping experience as well as would offer the viewer a visual delight when the show is on-air on TV. Balasubramanyam.

    Zee Telugu to launch two fiction shows on Makar Sankranti

    MUMBAI: Zee Telugu has always been at the forefront in providing rich and diverse content to the viewers. The channel is further strengthening its content offerings by narrating tales across a range of subjects which will offer viewers a wide variety of emotions and strike conversations around socially relevant subjects.     With deep-rooted storytelling at the core, the channel has will launch two new fiction shows at Zee Telugu’s Sankranti Sambaralu event happening in Machilipatnam. Zee Telugu has introduced ‘Thoorpu Padamara’ theme teaser and the title song of ‘Prema Entha Madhuram’ which was shot in Kashmir. Over the auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti, anchored by exuberant Pradeep Machiraju and chirpy Shyamala, Sankranti Sambaralu event will bring Zee Telugu Kutumbam under one roof.

    ‘Prema Entha Madhuram’, a remake of Zee Marathi’s popular show ‘Tula Pahate Re’ which was later remade as ‘Jothe Jotheyali’ in Zee Kannada, wheels around unconventional love story of a couple belonging to different generations and stands as a witness to the love that surpasses materialistic limits of age, status, and lifestyle, to prove the purity in love between two individuals. Starring Venkat Sriram and Varsha HK as the leads, for the first time on Indian Television, the title song of a serial was shot in Pahalgam, Kashmir at -10.5 degrees in just 10 hours’ time.

    The story of ‘Thoorpu Padamara’ revolves around two young girls played by Yamini and Jaya Kavi. The show narrates the contrasting attitudes of the girls towards life and the repercussions they face in their lives due to the decisions they take. The show marks the comeback of Zee Telugu’s popular face Yamini who was last featured in channel’s super hit shows ‘Muthyala Muggu’ and ‘Meenakshi’. Actor Pranay will play opposite Yamini, while Vinay will share the screen with Jaya Kavi.
