    MUMBAI: YuppTV, a leading OTT brand for South-Asian content, has entered into an alliance with Dharma Productions, one of the most successful productions houses in India today.

    As part of the association, YuppTV users across the globe, excluding India, can now watch various blockbusters by Dharma Productions, including Kapoor & Sons, Ok Jaanu, Brothers, Baahubali: The Beginning (Hindi), Humpty Sharma ki Dulhania and more. The movies will be available on YuppFlix, an on-demand movie streaming platform by YuppTV.

    MUMBAI: YuppTV has made its comeback on the Roku platform in the USA and Canada, introducing its extensively updated video content, packaged in a superior and advanced user interface.

    Roku users in USA and Canada will now be able to access YuppTV’s 200+ Live TV channels, Catch-up TV and YuppFlix, the largest Bollywood and South Asian regional language movie catalogue, with more than 5,000 titles. Further enhancing the content offering, the app will also offer online movie premiers mostly within three weeks of the release in YuppTV’s Pay per View movies.

    In 2010, YuppTV has been the first Live TV channel on the Roku platform, which includes the Roku Streaming Stick, Roku Streaming players and Roku TV, providing Indian expat community, easy access to high quality South Asian entertainment content. Post 2012, the channel continued to provide the content to other markets, except USA & Canada.

    Speaking at the launch,YuppTV founder and CEO Uday Reddy said, “We are thrilled to launch our updated YuppTV app on the Roku platform in USA & Canada. Incepted with the vision of providing the most authentic and entertaining Indian national and regional content to the Indian expat and diaspora community across the globe, we are affirmative that the users will enjoy and appreciate our content offering.”

YuppTV will also offer nine popular channels from Argentina like TYC Sports, El Trece, America Sports available for Argentine expats living in USA & Canada. With the newly updated user interface, the channel offers an aesthetically enriching experience. Furthermore, the next update of the channel will also feature YuppTV Bazaar, the online marketplace for video content, and Yupp News, which curates the top news from around the world in short video snippets.

    MUMBAI: Over-the-top (OTT) player YuppTV has launched its on-demand movie streaming service called YuppFlix.

     

    Backed by its library of more than 5000+ movies in 12 languages, YuppFlix will offer users on-the-go entertainment across genres like comedy, thriller, romance, action, drama and devotional.

     

    YuppFlix will offer instant movie updates through ad campaigns and push notifications, internet premiers of upcoming movies.
