    MakeMyTrip becomes official travel partner for ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’

    MUMBAI: Travel company MakeMyTrip has announced its role as the official travel partner of the upcoming Bollywood movie ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani‘ The launch occasion witnessed the release of a ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani‘ -centric TVC which highlights the convenience and benefits of online hotel-booking with MakeMyTrip. The TVC will start airing later in this month while the movie is releasing on 31 May.

MakeMyTrip also launched its new product Last Minute Hotel Deals targeting both impulse and business travellers. Under these deals, top Hotels and branded properties provide discounted inventory (at least 30% discount) for last-minute bookings on MakeMyTrip.

    Last-Minute Hotel Deals will be displayed as the first five hotels in the search results for same-day check-in on the MakeMyTrip site and mobile. Travellers on the move can access these deals through MakeMyTrip Mobile apps and on the mobile touch-site.

    Fox Traveller integrates brand in ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’

    MUMBAI: Travel and lifestyle channel Fox Traveller has tied up with Dharma Productions‘ next offering ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani‘ for in movie promotion. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Kalki Kochelin and Aditya Roy Kapur.

    Releasing on 31 May, the movie will see Kapoor playing a charming travel buff Bunny, who is a Fox Traveller videographer. Bunny is a dreamer, a wanderer who has a hunger for travel and exploring the world. His character resonates with what Fox Traveller stands for. He revels in randomness- unplanned trips, unprepared quests and unexpected twists making his journey fun!

    As a part of this association, the Fox Traveller crew travelled with the ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani‘ team to destinations like Manali, Mumbai, Udaipur and Paris to capture the filming moments of the movie.

    The broadcaster has also launched a social media initiative on Facebook. In this contest, Bunny invites viewers and fans to share their fun/spontaneous/crazy/memorable travel stories. He will then select the best travel stories, which will be showcased on FOX Traveller.

  • Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani to release on 29 March 2013

    MUMBAI: After a lot of hobnobbing, the exact date of release of the Ranbir Kapoor-Deepika Padukone-starrer Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani has been declared.

    The upcoming movie, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, has found its release date. The film, produced by Dharma Productions, will release on 29 March next year. Earlier, it was scheduled to release in the first month of 2013.

    Apart from the talked-about couple, the film also stars Kalki Koechlin and Aditya Roy Kapur. The film, directed by Ayan Mukherji, would be his second venture for the production house, the first being Wake Up Sid.

    The film will also mark Kapoor and Padukone’s third film, after Love Aaaj Kal and Cocktail.
