Without further ado, here it goes…

    Your mantra for life

My mantra for life is: “Innovate with purpose, grow with integrity.” I believe that blending innovation-driven technology with a holistic approach creates a meaningful impact. True progress happens when we use creativity not just for advancement, but with a purpose that benefits others.

A book you are currently reading or plan to read

I am currently reading “Zero to One” by Peter Thiel. The book dives into the process of creating innovative products and scaling businesses by thinking differently and focusing on progress that moves from nothing to something truly unique. It’s all about building the future through bold ideas. However, one of my all-time favorite books is Atomic Habits, which emphasizes the power of small habits in driving massive, positive changes over time.

    Your fitness mantra

My fitness mantra is: “Balance the body, calm the mind, nourish the soul.” I believe true fitness goes beyond physical strength; it’s about maintaining equilibrium in all aspects of life. For me, trying new things isn’t just about the outcome—it’s about the learning process and the opportunities it creates. It’s a powerful reminder that at the intersection of tradition and technology, there’s endless potential for discovery and innovation.

A life lesson you learned the hard way

A life lesson I learned the hard way is that technology should enhance traditional wisdom, not replace it. I’ve realized that user trust is paramount, especially in healthcare. What gets you excited about life?

If I could give one piece of advice to my younger self, it would be: “Dive deep into the roots of knowledge. True understanding comes from self-exploration and thorough study.” This approach would have provided a stronger foundation from the start, leading to more meaningful and impactful innovations. It’s a principle that continues to drive our research and development at Ayuvya today.

One thing you would most like to change about the world

The one thing I’d most like to change about the world is the adverse impact of technology on nature. As a tech entrepreneur, I’ve seen firsthand how innovation can sometimes come at the cost of our environment. An activity that keeps you motivated and charged during tough times

A book you are currently reading or plan to read

This book offers a unique perspective on entrepreneurship and innovation, encouraging readers to think beyond conventional boundaries and explore new possibilities. It’s an inspiring read for anyone interested in building something truly original.

    Your comfort food

My go-to comfort food is Subway. It’s a versatile and satisfying option that allows me to indulge in a variety of flavors while maintaining a balanced diet.

A quote or philosophy that keeps you going when the chips are down

A quote that resonates with me, especially during challenging times is – ‘What’s in it for me?’.

This philosophy reminds me to stay focused on my goals and to make decisions that align with my personal and professional growth.

    Your guilty pleasure

My guilty pleasure is food. I have a deep appreciation for good food, and indulging in a delicious meal is something I occasionally allow myself to enjoy without guilt.

The last time you tried something new

In January 2024, I had the exhilarating experience of flying a plane in Australia. It was a thrilling adventure that pushed me out of my comfort zone and gave me a fresh perspective on life.

A life lesson you learned the hard way

A hard-earned life lesson for me has been not to trust anyone too much or too blindly. Trust is essential, but it must be earned and balanced with discernment.

What gets you excited about life?

Spontaneous travel and adventures, along with meeting new people, are what truly excite me. The thrill of discovering new places and connecting with diverse individuals keeps life vibrant and full of possibilities.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

Seeing the Northern Lights is at the top of my bucket list. Experiencing this natural wonder is something I’ve always dreamed of, and it represents a connection to the beauty and mystery of our world.

If you could give one piece of advice to your younger self, what would it be?

I would tell my younger self to keep going, it gets better. Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone; the most rewarding experiences often come from taking risks and embracing new challenges.

One thing you would most like to change about the world

If I could change one thing about the world, it would be to enhance women’s safety. Considering the ongoing issues globally, I feel that creating a safer environment for women is a necessary and urgent change.

An activity that keeps you motivated and charged during tough times

Staying physically active is what keeps me motivated and energized during tough times. Regular exercise not only boosts my physical health but also clears my mind and helps me stay focused.

When life gets tough, focusing on my goals lifts my spirits. Reconnecting with my purpose and the bigger picture helps me stay grounded and resilient.

Without further ado, here it goes…

A book you are currently reading or plan to read

Why We Die by Venki Ramakrishnan, a Nobel prize-winning molecular biologist. It’s a brilliant book on how we function as a coherent system, covering topics like anti-aging, mortality, longevity, and more.

    Your fitness mantra

For a long time, until a few years ago, my mantra was “Pain Is Good: Keep Going :).” This especially came in handy during my Ironman training.

Now, with a busier schedule, my mantra is a bit more conservative—it’s about maximising the minute. I’m a lot more mindful of my time, which allows me to be more efficient and gain benefits from shorter workouts too.

    Your comfort food

Scrambled eggs, some fruits like berries, mango, oranges. Rajma Chawal – all-time favourite lunch too.

A quote or philosophy that keeps you going when the chips are down

My philosophy is to develop a happy frame of mind. Always focus on the big picture and express gratitude. Every challenging moment, no matter how severe, is refining us. That’s the approach.

Even during a low day or phase, I see and write down all the wonderful things that are happening. It’s enlightening to note that there are always so many wonderful things, and this helps me shift my energy to align with the goal ahead—the big picture. As I do this and move my thoughts and energy toward the big picture, I feel life-gathering momentum, and the vibe/fragrance changes.

    Your guilty pleasure

Many… when this happens, it could be cake, ice cream, snacks, etc.!

For me, a guilty pleasure is also watching a series. (I rarely do—maybe once a year… big guilt ticket!)

The last time you tried something new

Given our focus on innovative wellness solutions at Atmantan, I believe it’s essential to personally experience the treatments we offer. Recently, I tried a cryotherapy session as we explore the suitability of this therapy for our guests. The cryo chamber temperature dropped to -110 degrees for 3 minutes.

Surprisingly, I felt pretty good—it helped reduce the fatigue and tiredness of the day. I felt refreshed. We are exploring these machines because we get many guests with Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Muscle Soreness, etc.

A life lesson you learned the hard way

In my experience, navigating the complexities of government regulations is crucial for business success. Although I have a strong track record of compliance, there was an instance where a submitted application did not fully adhere to the required disclosures. This oversight emphasised the importance of rigorous review processes and direct involvement in all regulatory matters. Since then, I have implemented a robust process to ensure complete compliance and minimise risks.

What gets you excited about life?

What truly excites me is witnessing the transformative power of our programmes. Each day brings new opportunities to help individuals unlock their full potential. It’s incredibly fulfilling to see people overcome challenges and embrace a healthier lifestyle. The prospect of creating lasting positive change in people’s lives drives me forward.

Another thing that excites me is waking up early. The possibilities are endless with an early start to the day.

What’s on top of your bucket list?

    Experiencing Mahakumbh in Jan 2025.

If you could give one piece of advice to your younger self, what would it be?

    Read more and plan better.

I have always been a high-energy person, but early on, I could have aligned my energy with my goals better.

One thing you would most like to change about the world

If I could change one thing about the world, I’d hope to instill a deeper sense of interconnectedness. We have become so focused on individual success that we often overlook the impact of our actions on others, including the Earth. If we appreciated that it’s not just about the human community—that our ecosystem includes animals, plants, and nature with whom we need to coexist—this would transform the collective well-being of the planet we live on. It’s about recognizing that we’re all part of something bigger and that our choices matter.

Ch. 13. V 17: “Undivided, and Yet, in beings, it exists as if Divided….”

    Your go-to stress buster

Spending time with my son is a big stress buster for me. It’s been like this since he came into our lives. Spending time with him is an escape from the daily grind and the hustle and bustle of running a business. I feel my batteries recharging. His curiosity and thought process ignite my own sense of wonder, bringing fresh perspectives into life and its challenges. All this, and his smiles, provide me with a much-needed reset.
