    Monga brings a wealth of experience from her tenure at leading technology companies. She previously served as head of US agency partnerships at TikTok, where she managed relationships with major agency holding companies and developed go-to-market strategies for top agency groups in the United States.

    Before her time at TikTok, Monga held leadership positions at Snap Inc., LinkedIn, and Microsoft. At Snap Inc., she led global agency partnerships, empowering agencies and brands to leverage the platform’s advertising opportunities. Her tenure at LinkedIn began in 2010 as one of the earliest employees of LinkedIn Canada, where she contributed to building the company’s advertising business. She later relocated to Hong Kong to manage strategic brand relationships across north Asia, including Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and China.

    Monga holds a bachelor of arts in international economics from McGill University. She has been recognised for her contributions to the industry, including being named to Marketing Magazine’s Top 30 Under 30 in 2013. Additionally, she has served on the board of New York Women in Communications, an organisation dedicated to empowering women in the communications field.

    Expressing her enthusiasm for the new role, Monga stated, “Pinterest is a platform I’ve long admired for its vision and its unique position as a visual search and discovery tool. I’m excited to help grow its role as a positive space for consumers and brands alike.”

    Monga’s appointment comes as Pinterest continues to expand its advertising offerings and strengthen its position as a visual discovery platform. Her extensive experience in building and managing agency partnerships is expected to play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth in the advertising sector.

    MUMBAI: The leading customer engagement platform, Exotel, has onboarded Udit Agarwal as vice president and global marketing head. He will be responsible for strategic and tactical marketing. Exotel is on a hyper-growth strategy drive and plans to hire 700 new employees this fiscal year.

    Prior to joining Exotel, he was associated with the automation company UIPath as director of marketing and demand generation.

    He brings on board an experience of two decades. Over the years, he has been associated with various companies leading some of the key roles. He has worked with autodesk for seven years, where he joined the marketing operations specialist and was elevated to India lead of SMB and volume marketing.

    Speaking on his role, Agarwal said, “Engaging customer conversations are at the centre of building successful businesses. As more consumers get digitised, technology acts as a key enabler in unifying and humanising engagements at scale.     Mumbai: Independent creative agency Enormous has brought Shashwat Manohar on board as vice president and head of its digital arm. Based out of the agency’s Gurgaon office, Manohar will work closely with Enormous managing partner Ashish Khazanchi.

    “In this role, Manohar will be in charge of the agency’s full-service digital offerings. He will oversee the agency’s expansion and provide essential digital solutions to existing and new clients in comms and performance,” said the company in a statement.

    Previously, Manohar was associated with FoxyMoron as business director (North). He began his career with AdGlobal360 in Gurgaon before moving on to Wunderman as business director and subsequently Wunderman Thompson’s Network as VP and CSD for the next eight years.

    Manohar has worked for established brands in India, such as Microsoft, Bose, Nestle, Kellogg’s, GSK, Times of India, ITC Hotels, and Honda Cars in his 12 years of digital advertising and transformation experience for businesses across regions. He combines the width of his digital marketing experience with new age communication tools to drive behavioural change for his clients.

    Mumbai: In a bid to strengthen its content arm, Songfest India has brought Tanushree Paul on board as vice president, accounts and creative.

    Paul will be spearheading branded content initiatives and brand associations for the creative agency. She will also be working on developing and executing music videos and web shows for the company-owned YouTube channel, said the statement.

    “Tanushree brings in not only a rich experience of working with multiple brands and creative people across projects but also strong work ethic and a relentless drive to create, which gels beautifully with the values of our company,” stated Songfest India CEO and co-founder Gaurav Dagaonkar on the appointment. “Our aim has always been to create impactful stories with our music videos and ads, and her onboarding will help us take this offering to more clients.”

    Paul comes to Songfest with over nine years of advertising experience. Prior to joining Songfest, she worked with BBDO India, a part of the global behemoth, as a senior account director for two years. She has also worked with MullenLowe Lintas Group as brand service director for seven years.

    Kaushik carries with him more than 30 years of professional experience in leadership roles in the field of corporate communication and PR.     MUMBAI: FMCG Personal Care Brand WOW Skin Science on Monday appointed Gaurav Jain as vice president, customer delight.

    Jain will design, execute and monitor various scalable processes and NPS improvement projects. He will work closely with the numerous stakeholders and curate strategic initiatives to build and strengthen Customer Experience across several touchpoints, said the company.

    MUMBAI: Dhatri Bhatt has been appointed as the vice president, marketing and communications at Nykaa Fashion. Prior to joining Nykaa, Bhatt was associated with LVMH’s House of Christian Dior as the marketing and communications manager.

    Previously, Bhatt was head, communications at H&M. She was also the spokesperson for the brand in India and responsible for leading, planning and organising internal and external communications and press activities in collaboration with the global H&M Communications team.

    Bhatt carries an experience of over 18 years in brand management, media relations, retail strategy, and influencer collaborations and event management.
