    Mumbai: Tredence, a data science and AI solutions provider has promoted Rekha Nair to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) effective 1 July 2024.

    Rekha is a strategic HR leader with over 20 years of experience in the consulting industry. She joined Tredence in 2021 as the HR Head for India and spearheaded its talent management program to develop its data science, data engineering, and AI capabilities. Overseeing 4X hiring growth, Rekha has helped develop a workforce of 2,500 data scientists and data engineering professionals. In her new role, Rekha will oversee Tredence’s global HR strategy, developing a scalable talent model and continuous learning and innovation culture that accelerates the company’s growth.  In her new role, Rekha’s key focus areas will be scaling training across practices, upskilling, and creating growth opportunities in data science, data engineering, prescriptive AI, and generative AI. This will enable teams to enhance the value they deliver to enterprise clients.

    Mumbai Tredence, the global data science and AI solutions company, is continuing its growth trajectory with the appointment of Munjay Singh as chief operating officer.

    Munjay has held senior leadership roles at global technology consulting and product firms, where he drove operational efficiency and customer experience initiatives across diverse market segments. He will provide the strategic vision, leadership, and deep operational expertise needed to accelerate the delivery of Tredence’s organic and inorganic growth strategies.

    Munjay’s appointment follows a season when Tredence has raised more than $205 million from private equity firms, expanded into new regions and verticals, launched the ATOM.AI ecosystem, and developed a GenAI-as-a-service platform. Driven by innovation and co-creation with clients, Tredence has grown four times between 2020 and 2024, achieving 40 per cent growth in 2023.

    Mumbai: Tredence has announced that Soma Pandey has joined the company as the chief human resources officer.

    Pandey, a seasoned human resources leader with over twenty-five years of global experience, excels in transforming talent capabilities to align with the business strategies of advanced technology-driven companies. In her previous roles as chief human resources officer and in other executive positions at Firstsource, Mastek, ITC Ltd, Randstad, Accenture, and Cognizant, Pandey shaped comprehensive global people programs that empowered employees to contribute meaningfully to achieving company business objectives.

    Currently, Tredence employs 2,300 people. By the end of 2024, the company plans to expand its workforce to 3,500. Additionally, the expansion will create jobs in India, North America, Canada, and the UK. The company also plans to open a near-shore delivery center in the Middle East and Latin America.
