MUMBAI: The board of directors of ETC Networks will meet on Monday, 21 July 2003 to consider, inter alia, unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2003-04. This is pursuant to the clause 41 of the listing agreement.
ETC Channel Networks has also obtained permission to be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and active trading will commence 15 July.
The flagship channel etc is a music based entertainment channel with music dominating 95 per cent of the programming content. The channel etc is beamed from Thaicom 3 and is a free to air digital channel. The channel etc claims to be available in more than 30 million cable and satellite households.
The other channel etc Channel Punjabi is a Punjabi family free to air entertainment channel comprising of shows, religious programmes, music and events.
This language channel is available through digital transmission signals. It is beamed on Thaicom-3.

MUMBAI: Recent Zee acquisition ETC Networks Limited announced today that its board would meet on Monday, 28 October to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 September 2002.
ETC Networks Limited runs two channels under its umbrella – music based etc Hindi and etc Channel Punjabi, both of which are beamed off the Thaicom -3 satellite.
As part of the Zee Network, ETC expects to record continued growth in both these segments in national and international markets, an official release says.

The board of directors of ETC Networks Limited will meet on Tuesday, July 31, 2001 to consider, inter alia, un-audited financial results for the first quarter of the financial year, 2001-2002, a company release states.
ETC Networks Limited runs two channels – etc and etc Channel Punjabi – and the company has registered a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 24.3 million on a turnover of RS 538.2 million for the year ended 31 March 2001.

etc Channel Punjabi is a Punjabi family entertainment channel compromising of serials, religious programmes, music and feature films. It is a free to air channel and is available through digital transmission signals beamed from Thaicom-3.
Besides having a very wide presence in Punjab, it has enabled etc Channel Punjabi to penetrate deeper into rest of the country and other international markets, the release adds.
