    MUMBAI: The 2025 DafaNews Bengaluru Open has partnered with Doordarshan Sports to broadcast key matches to Indian audiences, while Tennis Channel will provide international coverage across eight countries.
    The tournament, running from 24 February to 2 March at the KSLTA Courts in Cubbon Park, offers $200,000 in prize money and 125 ATP ranking points for champions.

    DD Sports will broadcast live coverage of the tournament on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, featuring the semifinals and finals. Indian viewers can also stream the tournament via Tennis Channel on Samsung TV.

    “We are thrilled to expand the Bengaluru Open’s reach through a strong national broadcast network, making it accessible to fans across India and worldwide,” said KSLTA. secretary & tournament director Sunil Yajaman,.

    As one of the few ATP Challenger events with ATP-provided TV production, the tournament will also be available to stream on the ATP website and app. International coverage extends to multiple networks across 13 countries, including Dazn in Italy and New Zealand, Arena Sport in Slovakia and Czechia, and BB Sport in Russia.

    Tennis Channel will broadcast internationally to audiences in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands.

    Mumbai: Fans across India, Asia and Europe can now catch all the exciting tennis action from the DafaNews Bengaluru Open 2024 as it will be telecasted live on Eurosport from the quarter-finals, starting on Friday.

    The prestigious ATP Challenger event is being organised by the Karnataka State Lawn Tennis Association (KSLTA) at the KSLTA Stadium in Bengaluru with the final scheduled on Sunday.

    The live telecast will offer an opportunity to fans not only in India and Asia but also in Europe to enjoy the thrilling action from the tournament which has been witnessing participation of top global stars including India’s top-ranked singles player Sumit Nagal, who recently broke into the top-100 of the ATP rankings, former World No. 25 Canada’s Vasek Pospisil and Coleman Wong—the highest-ranked Hong Kong male tennis player in history.

    “The ongoing sixth edition of DafaNews Bengaluru Open has been witnessing high-voltage competition with the presence of players from 22 countries and we are delighted to announce that the fans can now feel the excitement and intensity of the tournament right from their living rooms as live telecast will be available on Eurosport from Friday.     One of the premium sports channels, Eurosport will be broadcasting the upcoming Paris Olympics 2024 and has also telecasted some of the world’s top sports competitions in the past including Formula One and ATP Tour 250.

    The DafaNews Bengaluru Open 2024 has also enlisted twelve gold sponsors, led by real estate companies such as Prestige Group and Brigade Group, cable and broadband company ACT Fibernet, the country’s public sector banks Canara Bank and Bank of Baroda as well as conglomerates Hitachi and JSW Group. Additionally, Ultratech Cement, Brigade Group, SKME, Baranj Coal Mines Pvt Ltd, Ramco Cement, Prestige Group, ACT Fibernet, and Suprada Constructions Pvt Ltd., have all joined as gold sponsors.

    While DafaNews is the title sponsor, the Government of Karnataka’s Department of Tourism is the presenting sponsor and Megha Engineering & Infrastructure Ltd is the platinum sponsor this year as well. The silver sponsors of the tournament are Hangyo, UnboxingBLR, Oil India and B.K.G Group Of Institutions.

    The other partners of the prestigious tournament are Advaith Hyundai, The Chancery Pavilion, Head, 94.3 Radio One, Sparsh Hospital, Pepsi and Nandini.
