    Vizeum India wins the media mandate for REPCO Home Finance

    MUMBAI: The Chennai headquartered, RHFL, promoted by REPCO Bank, a government of India enterprise has appointed Vizeum media as it media AOR (Agency on Record).  RHFL is embarking on a growth path and the appointment of Vizeum is seen in line with the same.

    Vizeum, launched four years ago in India, has had a very quick ramp up of team, offices, clients, awards and industry recognition. As a profit making, well talked about and recommended agency, it is evident that the company has been making a lot of right moves.

    Confirming the appointment of Vizeum, RHFL MD R Varadarajan said, “We are focused on translating into reality the aspirations of people to own a home through credit support customised to suit individual needs in a transparent and ethical way.     Aegis Media’s Vizeum India appoints Subhas Warrier VP – South India

    MUMBAI: Vizeum India has appointed Subhas Warrier as vice president south India.

    Subhas will play an important role in the agency‘s growth strategy in south India. He will be based in Chennai and will report to Vizeum managing director Indian subcontinent S Yesudas.

    On the appointment, S Yesudas said, “Vizeum has consolidated Chennai well and is at an interesting juncture in its journey as we look at spreading our wings in more markets in the region. We just announced our Kochi launch. Subhas brings on board all that‘s needed for our South India strategy. I‘m delighted to welcome him into the Vizeum family and wish him all the very best as I look forward to working with him.”

    Subhas held various positions during his 20 plus years media career in agencies like JWT, Ogilvy & Mather, MindShare, Eye-2-Eye Media & Dentsu. He was last leading the south India team at Initiative, based in Bangalore.

  • Manas Mishra moves to Vizeum

    MUMBAI: Aegis‘ Vizeum India has appointed Manas Mishra as executive vice president and national strategy director.

    Mishra moves from Lintas Initiative Media (LIM) where he held the post of president.

    Mishra will be based in Delhi with a national responsibility and will report to Vizeum MD Indian subcontinent S Yesudas.

    Yesudas said, “I had the pleasure of working with Manas when I was looking after Initiative Media. Vizeum is at an interesting juncture in its journey. Manas brings on board all that‘s needed for its future growth.”

    Mishra said, “Aegis Media overall and Vizeum in particular have had a dream run in 2012. What attracted me to Vizeum is the determination with which the company has been built from scratch as well the faith of clients.”

    Mishra held various positions during his 18 years of media career in agencies like Contract Advertising, Initiative Media, Mudra Max and Starcom China. He joined LIM in 2012 to replace Sudha Natrajan when she left the agency to start her media venture The Media Cafe.

  • Vizeum wins OML Entertainment’s media biz

    MUMBAI: Only Much Louder (OML) Entertainment, the music, live events and youth media company, has appointed Vizeum as its media AoR.

    Vizeum will handle the business out of its Mumbai office.

    Former Bindass business head Keith Alphonso had joined OML as revenue head in August.

  • DeOleo brings Vizeum on board as media partner

    MUMBAI: DeOleo, the maker of Figaro olive oil brand, has awarded its media duties to Aegis‘ Vizeum India.

    Vizeum‘s responsibility will be to strategise the media plan in a way that the relevant consumers are exposed to the communication in an impactful manner.

    DeOleo marketing director – emerging consumer markets Jeroen Floris said, “We have a relationship with Vizeum in some of the world markets. Vizeum India has its own established credentials as well for us to entrust them with our marketing resources. We look forward to working with Vizeum to take our existing brands to greater heights as well as launch newer ones as appropriate.”

    Vizeum managing director – Indian subcontinent S Yesudas said, “We are delighted with the news of DeOleo expanding the relationship horizons with Vizeum. This business will be handled out of our Mumbai office.”

    The agency announced on 11 September that it has won the media business for C.R.I. Pumps, a new entrant in the Coimbatore market making the DeOleo win its second triumph in the week.

    DeOelo is a global food company, headquartered at Madrid in Spain with brands like Carbonell (olive oil and table olives). In India, the company is present through its olive oil brand Figaro.

    MUMBAI: Aegis Media‘s Vizeum India wins the media duties of C.R.I. Pumps, a new entrant in the Coimbatore market.

    The business will be handled out of Vizeum‘s Chennai Office.

    Vizeum managing director India sub-continent S Yesudas said “With the communication initiatives planned, the journey ahead would be quite interesting. This also opens up a new market for us and increases the width and breadth of our Southern operations.”

    The company was established in 1961 and is in the business of manufacturing water lifting pumps – be it for agriculture, industry, domestic, mining or civil applications.

    Vizeum wins ETV Network’s media biz

    MUMBAI: Recording its second win in two days, Aegis Media‘s Vizeum India has been appointed as media AoR for Prism TV Private Limited to handle five of ETV‘s regional channels – ETV Marathi, Bangla, Kannada, Gujarati and Oriya.

    Vizeum managing director – Indian subcontinent S Yesudas said, “All I would say with pride is, our dream of attracting clients and talent to Vizeum automatically in our fourth year of operation, rather than us having to go out, is becoming a reality.     On 27 August, the agency revealed that it has been brought on board by Amrutanjan for its brands – Amrutanjan Care and Fruitnik and also will be working on new launches by the brand.

    MUMBAI: The Dalmia Bharat Group, which has interests in diverse business verticals, has appointed Aegis Media‘s Vizeum as its media AoR.

    The agency will handle the account out of its Delhi and Chennai offices.

    Vizeum also has the media account of Dalmia Group‘s cement business, which it services out of its Chennai office.

    Dalmia Bharat Group executive director group marketing and corporate communications B K Singh said, “It was a natural choice given our satisfactory partnership in cement business that we didn‘t need to look beyond Vizeum for the media duties of the group. They have had a proven track record with Dalmia Cement. The team is proactive, extremely passionate and provides a good balance of thinking and doing.”

    MUMBAI: Business news channel BloombergUTV has appointed Aegis Media‘s Vizeum India as the media AoR.

    Ricoh India appoints Vizeum India as media AoR

    MUMBAI: Imaging solutions provider Ricoh India has awarded its media duties to Aegis Media‘s Vizeum India.

    The account will be handled out of agency‘s Delhi office under the leadership of Harit Pant.

    Ricoh India VP- national marketing V Balakrishnan said, “In the past, we have had very productive engagement with people currently associated with Vizeum. Vizeum‘s philosophy of working with clients to address their business issues rather than passive media spends is also very much what we were looking for.
