    MUMBAI: With the cricket fever coming down after ICC World Cup T20, Colors’ Naagin has once again regained its leadership position in the top five programmes of Hindi general entertainment channels (GEC).

    Though Naagin topped the top five programmes chart, Star Plus continued to dominate the Hindi GEC genre in week 14 of the Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) All India data.

    Star Plus continued to lead with 712595 Impressions (000’s) followed by Colors grabbing the second position with 670966 Impressions (000’s), according to week 14.

    Zee TV stood at third position with 593354 Impressions (000’s) while Zee Anmol bagged the fourth position with 573906 Impressions (000’s).  Sony Pal secured the fifth spot with 507888 Impressions (000’s) followed by Star Utsav with 492797 Impressions (000’s) on the sixth slot.

    Life OK stood at seventh position with 487736 Impressions (000’s) followed by Rishtey and Sab TV on eighth and ninth spot with 470768 Impressions (000’s)and 382765 Impressions (000’s)respectively.

    With Sony Entertainment Television occupying the tenth spot with 290856 Impressions (000’s)while in week 14, DD National has exited the top ten.

    MUMBAI: In week 13, of Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) All India ratings, Star Plus continued to be the leader of Hindi general entertainment channels (GEC) genre, while ICC World Cup T20 helped DD National to maintain its presence in top ten Hindi GEC channels.

    Star Plus continued to lead  with 710397 Impressions’ 000 followed by Colors grabbing the second  position with 653042 Impressions’ 000, according to the BARC data,.

    Zee TV stood at third position with 593004 Impressions’ 000 while  Zee Anmol bagged the fourth position with 567596 Impressions’ 000.  

    DD National bagged fifth slot with 551556 Impressions’ 000 and pushed Sony Pal to number six with  538463 Impressions’ 000.

    Life OK stood at seventh position with 491079 Impressions’ 000, followed by Rishtey and Star Utsav on eighth and ninth spot with 469554 Impressions’ 000 and 457072 Impressions’ 000 respectively.

    Sab TV was in the tenth spot with 367992 Impressions’ 000

    MUMBAI: In week 13, of Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) All India ratings, Star Plus continued to be the leader of Hindi general entertainment channels (GEC) genre, while ICC World Cup T20 helped DD National to maintain its presence in top ten Hindi GEC channels.

    Star Plus continued to lead  with 710397 Impressions’ 000 followed by Colors grabbing the second  position with 653042 Impressions’ 000, according to the BARC data,.

    Zee TV stood at third position with 593004 Impressions’ 000 while  Zee Anmol bagged the fourth position with 567596 Impressions’ 000.  

    DD National bagged fifth slot with 551556 Impressions’ 000 and pushed Sony Pal to number six with  538463 Impressions’ 000.

    Life OK stood at seventh position with 491079 Impressions’ 000, followed by Rishtey and Star Utsav on eighth and ninth spot with 469554 Impressions’ 000 and 457072 Impressions’ 000 respectively.

    Sab TV was in the tenth spot with 367992 Impressions’ 000

    Zee TV stood at third position with 646350 (‘000s) while Sony Pal bagged the fourth position with 520529 (‘000s). Zee Network’s free to air channel Zee Anmol secured the fifth spot with 498891 (‘000s) followed by Star Utsav with 492293 (‘000s) on the sixth slot.

    Life Ok took the seventh position with 487474 (‘000s) followed by Rishtey and Sony Sab on eight and ninth spot with 450993 (‘000s) and 390053 (‘000s) respectively.

    Sony Entertainment Television was in the tenth spot with 298307 (‘000s).

    Kyoorius introduces Media Awards at Kyoorius Creative Awards 2016

    MUMBAI The Kyoorius Advertising and Digital Awards has been renamed Kyoorius Creative Awards with the addition of Media Awards this year. The awards will have three juries, Advertising, Media and Digital, in 2016.

    Kyoorius Creative Awards in association with D and AD will open for entries from Tuesday 15 March 2016 and close on 12 April 2016. Submission of physical entries for the awards will then remain open for a week. Kyoorius is calling for entries across a total of 15 categories and 135 sub-categories. The awards can be entered by any company or individual and is not restricted to agencies. Kyoorius will promote the awards across corporate, production houses and agencies – advertising, media, event, digital, etc

    Kyoorius, for the first time ever, introduced the concept of Open Jury – the jury sessions are open to the industry people to watch, learn, check and benefit from the discussions and display of entries. The Jury session will be held from 4 May to 7 May in Mumbai. In coordination with D&AD, the jury will be a mix of International (West and East) and local jurors. Like every year, the awards will uphold the zero-tolerance policy for scam ads.

    Kyoorius CEO and founder Rajesh Kejriwal said, ‘Awards are primarily to inspire and motivate the industry achievers and I am delighted to announce the inclusion of Media Awards and the renaming of the awards to Kyoorius Creative Awards. I am also happy with the response that we have always got for having a transparent open jury process and we shall continue to do so. I personally feel that many agencies have done brilliant work in the last year and hence I am expecting a lot more entries this year including participation of more agencies.’

    The Kyoorius Creative Awards show will be held on Friday June 3 2016 at The Dome, NSCI in Mumbai and as always will be a spectacular show of creativity. The awards show will be attended by well over 1,500 professionals including CEO’s, marketing directors, brand managers, creative and media gurus, etc.

    The Kyoorius Creative Awards are presented by Colors, powered by Hindustan Times and Rishtey and the other main partners include Happy Finish, Kinetic.
