    MUMBAI: The Epic Channel has joined hands with the social networking app, QuizUp to provide a common ground for the channel’s audience as well as the app users to create an entertaining experience.  

     

    The Epic Channel collection on the app allows for innovative engagement with shows such as Stories by Rabindranath TagoreJaane Pehchaane and Mid-Wicket Tales. These three shows are currently featured in this section as independent topics. Each of the topics has innovative questions based on the show content besides other relevant aspects.

    MUMBAI: In a move targeted to engage its younger audiences, Yash Raj Films (YRF) has tied-up with the world’s largest trivia game – QuizUp.

     

    QuizUp is a real-time trivia game in which one user competes against another over an interest led topic. Boasting of 34 million plus users worldwide, the app also allows users to challenge friends and strangers to trivia battles across 600 plus odd topics.

     

    With this tie-up, the movies section will feature the ‘Yash Raj Films – Films Forever’ topic with hundreds of unique trivia-led questions.

     

    YRF is the first Indian production house to be featured on this app.

    &TV partners with mobile game app QuizUp

    MUMBAI: &TV, the new entrant in the Hindi general entertainment channel (GEC) space is buzzing with new activities. In one of its latest initiatives, the channel has tied-up with trivia game app – QuizUp. 

     

    Through this partnership, &TV has become the only Indian GEC to be featured on this global app. 

     

    In sync with the format of India Poochega Sabse Shaana Kaun? a distinctive topic – Common Sense – Indian powered by &TV has been created exclusively for this app.

     

    QuizUp is a real-time trivia game in which one user competes against another during seven rounds of multiple-choice questions across varied topics. Featuring under the Lifestyle Category the topic Common Sense – Indian consists of over 400 unique questions and a person can challenge a random competitor around the globe or even their Facebook friends to establish their shaanpatti!

     

    According to an official release from the channel, the topic was the most played in India from 2 – 9 March with an overall average time spent of 28 minutes. Additionally, users have already spent 8358 hours in total playing the Common Sense – Indian topic.
