Percept Sports & Entertainment manages the spectacular ‘Vanitha Awards 2016’

MUMBAI Percept Sports & Entertainment, the Strategic Business Unit of Percept One, managed the ‘Cera’s Vanitha Awards 2016’ event. The gala awards ceremony was held in spectacular style on the evening of Sunday, February 21, 2016 at the sprawling Greenfield stadium, Karyavattom in Thiruvananthapuram.

Given the massive scale of the event and the caliber of the high profile celebrities attending the show, the Percept Sports & Entertainment (PS&E) team seamlessly managed the massive task of effectively consulting closely with the Manorama management team and administered the entire event. Percept Sports and Entertainment’s scope of work encompassed managing the entire event right spanning every element from the planning to the execution stage, effectively overseeing the show run including artist management, logistics and watching over the technical production.

To continue the momentum of last year’s popularity of the Vanitha Awards, this year PSE focused on making this extravaganza bigger and better, in terms of artist performance and the overall presentation of the event. Mega highlights of the event included the dance numbers of Sunny Leone, Zarine Khan, Bipasha Basu, and cricketer Sreesanth. Kavya Madhavan dazzled with her Baahubali number, and popular Southern actresses Hansika Motwani and Tapsee Pannu also performed to some popular numbers. In addition to the dance numbers, the immensely talented Shakthisree and Vijay Yesudas performed a duet sequence.

The evening saw over 10,000 guests attending the colossal live event. The Vanitha Awards, which has been considered as one of the most prestigious awards ceremonies, witnessed the gathering of almost all stars of the Malayalam entertainment industry including Prithviraj Sukumaran, Parvathy, RS Vimal, Nivin Pauly, Namitha Pramod, Jayasurya, Rima Kallingal, and Chemban Vinod.

Percept Sports & Entertainment bags integrated marketing mandate for HIL’s Kalinga Lancers

MUMBAI: Percept One’s Percept Sports and Entertainment (PSE) has bagged the mandate of managing and executing the integrated marketing and promotion campaign for HIL’s Kalinga Lancers.

The agency will be responsible for handling the 360-degree scope of work encompassing conceptualising, planning and executing the entire campaign for Kalinga Lancers.

To continue the momentum of last year’s popularity of Kalinga Lancers, and to make the event bigger and better in HIL 2016, PSE made the most of a diverse range of media platforms including electronic media, BTL activities, social media, out of home, and the overall branding of Kalinga Lancers.

The assignment includes managing the games at Kalinga Stadium, end-to-end inclusive of production, security, ticketing, team management and accreditation, in addition to promoting and marketing the matches across mediums spanning social media, print, TV, radio & OOH.

Percept Sports & Entertainment presented a sporting radio jingle and TV commercial for Kalinga Lancers along with a contest, sharing posts, and re-tweeting on Facebook and Twitter. It further executed the on-ground activation in malls by inviting team players to the mall. Players also attracted the throng in schools by having one-on-one interactions with the kids.

Percept Sports & Entertainment bags marketing and promotion campaign for HIL’s Kalinga Lancer

MUMBAI: The Hockey India League (HIL) is an annual field hockey event in India which draws participation of players from all hockey powerhouse nations. A dynamic and modern brand property, it has introduced a new audience demographic to the world of sports and has dominated the media mindset over the last two years. HIL’s Season –III is scheduled to start from 22nd January 2015.

To promote Hockey in the State of Odisha, Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO) and Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) promoted the Odisha franchise in the 2014 edition of HIL under the banner Kalinga Lancers.

To continue the momentum of last year’s popularity of Kalinga Lancers, and to make the event bigger and better in HIL 2015, Kalinga Lancer’s had invited proposals from reputed event and marketing companies for marketing and promotion of the team to generate awareness within general public and to manage and operate Kalinga Stadium at par the standards of international games for all the 5 home league matches of the team.

The assignment is to manage games execution at Kalinga stadium end to end- from production, security, ticketing, team management, and accreditation to promoting and marketing the matches across mediums-social media, print, TV, radio & OOH.
