    MUMBAI: Talk about a reality check! Rise and Fall, Amazon MX Player’s latest digital blockbuster, has done everything but fall. The show has stormed into the record books as the most-watched series ever on the platform, amassing over half a billion views and holding its ground in India’s top OTT reality charts for six straight weeks.

    Produced by Banijay Asia, Rise and Fall threw 15 familiar faces including Pawan Singh, Dhanashree Verma, Kubbra Sait, and Kiku Sharda into a 42-day showdown of power, ambition, and strategy. Hosted by Ashneer Grover, the series saw audiences cast more than 11 million votes before crowning Arjun Bijlani as the ultimate winner.

    But the show’s real victory played out online, sparking over 10 billion social media views and a flood of memes, reactions, and fan edits. Hindi cinema and cricket stars from John Abraham to Ishan Kishan jumped on the bandwagon, amplifying the frenzy and turning the series into a cultural talking point.

    In a first-of-its-kind partnership, Rise and Fall aired daily on both Amazon MX Player and Sony Entertainment Television, bridging the gap between traditional TV and digital fandom. The result? Record-breaking engagement and a prime showcase for brands like Lux Cozi, Haier, and McDowell’s, which integrated into the narrative through clever placements and sponsorships.

    MUMBAI: Health care services provider LifeCell International has signed up with Kapture CX, a provider of customer experience solutions to enhance its customer support operations across all channels and optimise its omnichannel ticketing management system. As a part of the implementation, a single, unified platform for all customer tickets has been built, eliminating the need to toggle between multiple systems.

    Kapture CX has also melded with LifeCell’s order management systems and logistics providers to ensure seamless access to critical customer data for faster, more accurate resolutions. Additionally, Kapture CX enables proactive customer support, such as addressing abandoned carts to improve revenue generation, lead conversions, apart from  including outbound call support to empower agents to initiate conversations when necessary, enhancing customer outreach and engagement.

    LifeCell found it imperative to integrate all its customer support systems as it offers several  services and it reasoned that  centralising all of these under one customer response system would improve response time.

    Among the services LifeCell offers include: a community banking program  which has the world’s largest repository of ready-to-use access to over 70,000+ matching stem cell and tissue units for Indian origin patients seeking a transplant; skincare brand AreoVeda targeted at  pregnant women, new moms, and new borns and finally, health investigations for patients seeking discreet self-service offerings from the comfort of their homes through mail-order test kits.

    Mumbai: Known for being the viewers’ first choice in Bhojpuri entertainment, Zee Biskope continues its unstoppable entertainment journey and welcomes the New Year with a slew of new blockbusters, world television premiers and film festivals especially curated to bring non-stop Bhojpuriya entertainment to the viewers throughout the month of January.

Marking the festival of love and hope, Zee Biskope brings a five-day film festival ‘Pyaar Ki Patang’ between 10-14 January. The festival will wrap up with the world television premiere of “Babul” starring Awdhesh Mishra and Neelam Giri with a storyline that is a complete family entertainer. All the films will be premiered under the primetime band at 6 p.m.

    The festivities will be followed by the biggest celebration of the month, Republic Day. The channel rejoices the day by saluting the brave hearts of Mother India– the veer Bhojpuriya jawans who uphold the nation and its sanctity as a republic. The audience can indulge in the day-long patriotic ride with the biggest superstars’ biggest films like “Dabang Sarkar,” “Border,” and “Commando Arjun.”

    MUMBAI: For the first time ever, recently launched Zee Biskope has got on-board all three superstars of Bhojiwood – Nirahua, Pawan Singh, and Khesari Lal Yadav as its brand ambassadors. It also rolled out a high-decibel integrated ad campaign that celebrates the channel’s unique offerings.     MUMBAI: Likee, the pioneering short video creation platform from Singapore-based BIGO Technology PTE Ltd, has collaborated with Jackky Bhagnani’s Jjust Music to promote the newly-launched music video ‘Kamariya Hila Rahi Hai’. Biggest Bhojpuri star Pawan Singh has sung and acted in the song, which has become the Holi anthem of the year, and features acclaimed dancer Lauren Gottlieb. This is Pawan Singh’s first-ever Hindi mainstream track. The song has been composed by Payal Dev and the music video has been directed by Mudassar Khan.

    As part of the collaboration, Likeers are invited to perform on the song and share their colourful videos with #KamariyaHilaRahiHai, tagging superstar Pawan Singh, Lauren Gottlieb and Jjust Music. They can make their videos interesting by using video stickers and features such as ‘superme’ and ‘face magic’. The videos liked by the artists will be shared on their Instagram accounts.
