    Ozone Media, MicroAd partner to serve digital consumers in southeast Asia

    MUMBAI: Ozone Media, an India-based digital technology company, has entered into a partnership with MicroAd, an online ad platform company in Japan, to enable dynamic retargeting which allows advertisers to create and manage personalised advertisements for every single customer.

     

    The collaboration with MicroAd will ensure that display campaigns, served via its integrated management platform ‘MicroAd BLADE’, are optimised to meet the specific goals of advertisers in southeast Asia – especially in the travel and tourism, and e-commerce verticals. Online ad spend is growing rapidly and, according to PricewaterhouseCoopers, is forecast to reach nearly US$34 billion in Asia Pacific by 2015, highlighting advertisers’ growing confidence in online media.

     

    On the tie-up, Ozone Media founder Kiran Gopinath said, “We are pleased to enter this alliance with MicroAd, and are confident that we will provide great value to advertisers with increased returns on their retargeting campaigns.”

     

    Ozone Media recently launched ‘Adadyn’ – a creative optimisation solution – which allows for a deeper and meaningful engagement with online users by serving dynamic creatives to selectively targeted audience segments.

  • Ozone Media introduces Ozone Smarton

    MUMBAI: Digital Advertising network Ozone Media has launched Ozone Smarton, an advanced re-targeting and dynamic banner advertising platform.

    Ozone Smarton will help e-commerce merchants in “smarter” acquisition of dropped-off and dormant consumers by assembling “dynamic” banners in real-time and serving them to a re-targeted audience.

    Travel is the next vertical Ozone Smarton will be rolled out for, followed by other verticals where online customer acquisition is critical.

    Based on the initial results, Ozone Smarton pushed up the conversion rate by three to eight times for the retargeted audience.

    Ozone Smarton is powered by predictive algorithms that determine the optimal product to be shown to the re-targeted users. It builds intelligence about users who have visited an advertiser‘s website and shows them the relevant products in the retargeted dynamic banner ads.

    Ozone Smarton selects the product to be served on dynamic banner in real time, based on its prediction algorithms, to maximise conversion rates and also supports multi-product banners that showcase multiple products that are relevant to the user.

    In the last quarter, Ozone Media had launched its Lead Management System that allows advertisers to capture and view leads without having to build their own solution from the ground up. Leads can be mobile-verified through pre-built integration based on an advertiser‘s requirements. Mobile verification allows the clients‘ call centers to access only verified leads, thus ensuring greater lead to sale conversion rate and improved efficiency of call center personnel.

    Ozone Media gets Siddharth Kelkar as AVP sales

    MUMBAI: Siddharth Kelkar has joined digital advertising agency Ozone Media as associate vice-president sales. He will report to senior vice-president sales Sanjay Vasudeva.

    Kelkar has more than 11 years of experience and will be nationally responsible for sales of various business verticals, specifically the mobile platform.

    His earlier stint was with Zapak Digital Entertainment where he worked for five years. In the beginning he was head of West and East region sales for online media, social media, activation and advergaming at Zapak. At the time of leaving the company, he was head of advergames and digital solutions.

    At Zapak Kelkar led the advergaming vertical which was responsible for games that are developed for a particular brand campaign or product. He was also responsible for providing 360-degree comprehensive digital (web and mobile) solutions to clients/advertisers for brand campaigns.

    Kelkar started his career in the ad sales field with Bennett, Coleman and Co. in 2001. He has also worked with Hindustan Times and the Network18 Group.

    MUMBAI: Ozone Media announced that it will now be able to work with its advertisers to develop campaigns, leveraging Facebook® Ads to promote their businesses. With this development, advertisers will be able to source inventory across Facebook with Ozone Media.

    Ozone Media has expanded fast in the past few months, roping in premium publishers and attracting new accounts, the most recent being the display advertising account of PolicyBazaar.

    MUMBAI: Ozone Media announced the appointment of Chetana Anagol as vice president – operations and delivery.

    Anagol will play a vital role in the expansion strategy of Ozone Media across geographies and be instrumental in achieving revenue and business growth in global markets.

    She will oversee publisher management, ad-operations, campaign management, business intelligence and sales planning functions. Anagol comes in from AOL.
