    Watconsult wins ORM & social listening mandate for Olx Autos

    Mumbai: WATConsult, a hybrid digital agency owned by Dentsu Creative India, has won the online reputation management and social listening mandate for OLX Autos.

    Following a multi-agency pitch, the account was won and will be managed by the agency’s Mumbai office.

    According to the mandate, WATConsult will be in charge of the brand’s response management, which includes monitoring, listening, responding to queries, and reporting to users online.

    Mumbai: WATConsult, an Isobar company and hybrid digital agency from dentsu India, has won the ORM (Online Reputation Management) and digital listening mandate for D2C unicorn Licious. 

    The account was won following a competitive multi-agency pitch and will be serviced from the agency’s Mumbai office.

    “The meat and seafood sector, in India, is still largely in its nascent stage; however, it holds vast potential.     As per the mandate, WATConsult will focus on the company’s philosophy of ‘delighting the world with an unmatched experience,’ thereby, the agency will monitor, listen, respond to queries and report to users online. Apart from the regular social media channels, the agency will also manage the app reviews, Google My Business reviews, blogs, news & public websites along with Crisis Management, which is also a significant part of the mandate.

    MUMBAI: Cogmat has won the digital media mandate of International health and wellness centre Insta Sculpt.

    The agency has won the account on the back of multi-agency pitch.

    The account will be handled out of the agency‘s Mumbai office.

    Cogmat is now responsible for the complete social media and digital media duties of Insta Sculpt. To start with, they are working on Online Reputation Management (ORM) of the brand.

    MUMBAI: R. Sreekant has quit Ignitee Digital Solutions as general manager – new business development.

    Sreekant‘s last day at the digital marketing and media agency was 5 October.

    Confirming his movement to Indiantelevision.com, Sreekant said, “Yes, I have quit the agency. It has been a great learning experience at Ignitee. During my stint, we won Maruti and have done some great work for them.”

    Talking about his next venture, he added, “I haven‘t decided anything yet. I have couple of options in digital and off-line and I am contemplating on which one to choose.”

    Ignitee CEO Atul Hegde said, “Sreekant has had an excellent innings with us. He has worked across functions and we wish him all the best wherever he goes.”
