    The Hyundai Cricjockey 2 powered by ESPNcricinfo, will be a multi-phased contest open for fans to submit their entries on the CricJockey website – www.hyundaicricjockey.com by submitting an analysis/commentary on a match scenario identified by the ESPNcricinfo editorial. The best entries from the contestants stand to win goodies every day and will be featured on the CricJockey website.

    Apart from the online edition, the contest will also see an on-ground element with a 4 city ground event at Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai and Pune where cricket fanatics will submit their entries along with the extensive digital promotion.

    MUMBAI: BARC India has appointed Jamie Kenney as the business head of its digital arm. The move is a part of BARC India’s plan of launching digital audience measurement in the country.

    Jamie has a distinguished career in digital measurement product rollouts from 18 countries spanning from New Zealand, Japan, China, India, Singapore and many more throughout Asia, EU, Latin and South America.

    Prior to join BARC India, Kenny was working with Nielsen in America where he was responsible for strategic digital initiatives, new digital products and expansion, and global digital rollouts, training technical client facing teams to support the rollouts on the ground in 10 countries around the world. He is an expert in the area of Digital Audience Measurement system and has diverse experience in multicultural markets.

    On Kenny’s joining the BARC India family, BARC India CEO Partho Dasgupta said, “After establishing the TV viewership measurement system in the country, we are now moving towards digital audience measurement. Through this, we aim at measuring all forms of online video including ads and content, which will finally culminate in Cross Media measurement.”

    Partho further said, “This is an evolving area worldwide with very few countries having a total solution that we are seeking to have. Jamie in his role will help take BARC India’s digital plans forward.”

    Jamie will be based out of BARC India’s Mumbai office. “While the journey of digital measurement for BARC India is a long and challenging one, in my short time here, I have seen the importance and need for it,” said Kenny.

The agreement also gives Jana benefits of prominence in stadium branding and on-ground advertising for 68 matches in three years across the three formats.

    During the upcoming season with New Zealand and England cricket series announced, the marquee award will be given away to the most dependable player at the end of every match during the series. Multiple engagement opportunities have been specially created for fans to actively participate and vote for the ‘Jana Bankable Player’. The audience can vote for the bankable player through twitter using #JanaBankable hashtag or simply voting on Jan web site.

    The award will be given to the most bankable player who shows consistency and performance through the match as decided by the audience votes and commentators analysis. The winner of the award per match will be receiving a cheque of Rs 1 lakh for the upcoming New Zealand series starting on 22 September.

    MUMBAI: Vice and WPP’s media investment unit GroupM have signed a multimillion-dollar advertising deal that will take advantage of the millennial-focused media company’s international expansion.

    Vice co-founder and CEO Shane Smith and WPP CEO Martin Sorrell said that they agreed that millennials were the future. They were under-serviced, and the companies had to create more content.

    The particulars of the deal involve Vice working with GroupM to use Vice’s insights, content and data to build an advertising platform across all of Vice’s global multi-screen and over-the-top properties. The deal was announced at the Dmexco conference in Cologne, Germany.

    The deal is worth hundreds of millions of dollars in ad spending, according to Smith. A Vice spokesperson later added it is a multi-year, multi territory deal.

    GroupM handles over USD 102 billion in advertising billings, according to research company Recma. GroupM said it handles one out of three ads globally.

    Sorrell said that there were some difficulties working with Google and Facebook, and that there’ was a need to find another force.

    In June, Vice announced plans to expand its presence to 51 territories, including having a TV, mobile and digital presence in India and the Middle East and TV content throughout Africa.

    It also will add a 24-hour TV channel in Australia and New Zealand, where it already has a robust digital and mobile presence. Vice’s U.S. cable channel Viceland launched in February 2016, and it’s nightly HBO news show is slated to begin on 10 October.

With these initiatives, Oppo  is bringing cricket fans closer to all the excitement and action on ground, offering them a chance to witness the matches live.

    The marketing campaign aims to take the spirit of cricket to the nook and corner of India reaching out to every individual cricket fan.     Under this campaign, Oppo  has also come out with the Oppo  F1 ICC WT20 limited edition phone. It is a one of its kind limited edition product designed especially for the T20 Cricket World Cup and is an extension of the successful Oppo  F1, a delight for selfie lovers.

    In Stadium initiatives:

    Toss O-Fans: Under this initiative, Oppo   will send Oppo   fans from #WT20SelfieExpert contest, an online selfie campaign, to join the TOSS session for each World T20 match. The winner will get a lanyard for temporary ground access. A Selfie with both captains and the picture will be taken by the ICC Getty Images photographer. The toss mascot will carry the specially minted coin to the wicket, which will be provided by the ICC venue sponsorship manager who will walk the mascot to the wicket. The mascot will then hand over the coin to the match referee (camera coverage) and then step back.

    OLLIE Walking Around: OLLIE, the mascot of Oppo  , will be a source of entertainment this World Cup T20. 15 OLLIES will be walking in the concourse, and 5 in the stands. They will be engaging with the audience while holding a selfie stick and taking selfies with audience.

    Match Partner Day: Oppo is also the official match partner for the following matches:
