HAMILTON: Intelsat Ltd board has elected a new director Paul G Pizzani.
A global telephony, corporate network, video and Internet solutions company has appointed 43 year old, a partner in PH Capital LLC and the principal sub advisor for an AIG-sponsored private equity fund, with immediate effect.
Pizzani will replace Neal Freeman and will serve the remainder of Mr. Freeman’s term, which expires in 2006, says a company release.
Prior to forming PH Capital in 1999, Pizzani was a Managing Director of Wasserstein Perella Emerging Markets. He specialized in private equity investments and debt transactions.
