    MagnaQuest bags foreign order for CMB solution ‘MQSubscribe’

    MUMBAI: The Seychelles based Triple-play operator Intelvision Ltd has selected MQSubscribe, the Convergent Customer Management & Billing (CMB) solution by MagnaQuest, to handle its requirements of billing and customer management for all the services offered to its subscribers.

    As part of the deployment, MQSubscribe will be integrated with Middleware for Broadband services, VoIP Soft-switch, SIP server for VoIP services and a CA System for Pay TV services. Intelvision provides Pay TV, Broadband and VoIP services.

    Intelvision CEO Trishend Kambaran said, “MagnaQuest’s track record, global presence, expertise in deploying solutions for the convergent media domain and the know-how of interfacing with broadband middleware, soft switches and CA Systems, gave us the confidence to choose them to support us in managing our operations.”

    Intelvision is keen on leveraging the capabilities of MQSubscribe, to handle its PayTV, Broadband and VOIP billing needs, ensuring improved efficiency in operations. In effect, the MQSubscribe architecture enables seamless integration with CA System, Soft-switch and Middleware, states an official release.
