MUMBAI: Oxford Bookstore in Mumbai hosted the launch of Mixed Feelings, a book by ad industry veteran, Ram Sehgal.
The book is a narrative journey of Sehgal’s life and his unique insights into the mad, but entertaining, world of advertising. Ogilvy & Mather chairman Piyush Pandey launched the book.
Sehgal was instrumental in moulding Contract into one of the finest ad agencies in the country during his 15-year tenure. Under his aegis, Contract consistently produced good creative work. Sehgal is also responsible for making HTA a powerhouse.
For his contribution to the advertising industry, Sehgal was conferred the A&M Advertising Man of the Year in 1994 and in 2001, while the Advertising Club of Kolkata elected him to its Hall of Fame.
