MUMBAI: ATN International Ltd and Mayajaal Entertainment have decided to form a joint venture, ATN Mayajaal Animations, to develop animation-based programme software.
The Company has also decided to develop animation-based movies and telefilms, ATN informed the BSE.
Mayajaal is promoted by Pentamedia Graphics Limited.
