    Mumbai: Matrix Fight Night (MFN) announced the launch of its newest association with Fighters First Mixed Martial Arts Federation. The new body will be headed by Jackie Shroff, the highly beloved veteran Indian Film Industry star. With an unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of athleticism, and sport entertainment, and with the vision of fostering the growth of MMA in India, this federation aims to revolutionize the landscape of competitive martial arts.

    The objective behind launching the tie-up with Fighters First Mixed Martial Arts Federation is another step towards making the Matrix Fight Night ecosystem even more complete in its goal towards ensuring a safe space for all amateur athletes in the MMA circuit. This association will further help MFN grow by providing a platform to identify and promote amateur talent from all across the country, as well as globally, thereby adding the best of the new generation of MMA athletes to the MFN pro-roster. The launch of this new MMA federation represents a pivotal moment in Indian MMA and the MFN journey by helping to consolidate their dedication to elevating fighters while reshaping the sport’s future.

    The federation’s agenda includes a series of high-profile events, talent development programs, and strategic collaborations aimed at fostering a thriving community of fighters, coaches and fans. Through strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders, MFN aims to promote inclusivity, diversity, and innovation within the MMA landscape.

    Besides this, the federation will also be officiating at several grassroots programs to identify a new pool of talented upcoming fighters. Recently, the first MFN Contenders tournament was completed under the aegis of the new federation. The MFN Contenders tournament saw around 500 amateur athletes registering. At the end of the tournament, 13 boys and girls were awarded contracts to make their pro debuts at the big MFN shows next year.

    Mumbai: Matrix Fight Night is set to host its 13 editions on 28 October at Noida Indoor Stadium with Sanjeet Budhwar in line to defend his Featherweight title against Shyamanand in what promises to be a thrilling main event. Darkhanbek Ergeshov will also defend his Welterweight title against India’s Jason Solomon in the co-main event. Ahead of the fight night, Matrix Fight Night announced a number of sponsors for MFN 13, onboarding AIO media solutions as the associate partner for the upcoming edition along with; Build Prowl Supplements, USI Universal, Motherland Hospital Noida, Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, Knack Beverages, MMA Matrix Gym, and BHI Fitness.

    Matrix Fight Night 13 will take place at the Noida Indoor Stadium, Sector 21, on 28 October and will be live-streamed on Disney+Hotstar from 6 PM IST, with a massive live audience expected to be at the show.

    DOME@NSCI hosts an action-packed Matrix Fight Night for India’s Top MMA Fighters

    Mumbai – DOME@NSCI, India’s premier entertainment and leisure destination, hosted Matrix Fight Night that witnessed India’s Best MMA Fighters prove their mettle on 12th March 2019. The event was hosted by Bollywood’s new-gen action superstar Tiger Shroff and his sister Krishna Shroff. Matrix Fight Night was the perfect amount of action, star power and adrenaline that is expected from a thrilling tournament such as this.

    14 of the best fighters competed in a series of fights to showcase their physical prowess and be titled the best of the best. Sanctioned by AIMMAA [All India Mixed Martial Arts Association], the fights were hosted at DOME@NSCI and also had officials from the association come in as referees.

    Speaking on the success of the tournament, Mazhar Nadiadwala, MD, Dome Entertainment Pvt Ltd said, “Matrix Fight Night is a very unique tournament which needed a space as unique and thrilling as the event itself. DOME@NSCI was the perfect fit for the event. We were excited to be able to create a platform for these professional MMA fighters to unleash their techniques. The event was packed with excitement till the very last jab and kick. It was extremely thrilling to be present in the midst of the venue. The presence of someone as charming as Tiger at the event only provided more motivation to the participants and the crowd alike.”
