    Mumbai: Madison World’s unit, Madison Media Ultra, on Monday, has been appointed to handle the traditional and digital media mandate for the client, including TV, print, and digital for 88Guru.com as the media agency of record (AOR).

    A Singapore-based, socially conscious organisation, 88tuition was founded with a mission to “empower every student to achieve full potential.” 88tuition incorporated the world’s best pedagogy into a highly scalable, technology-driven product which aims to provide students with a high-quality learning experience. The company is now set to launch in India under the brand name 88guru.com.

    Madison Media, India’s largest homegrown media agency, which started media operations in 1995, handles media planning and buying for blue-chip clients like Godrej, Marico, Asian Paints, Titan, Blue Star, TVS, Raymond, CEAT, Pidilite, Bajaj Electricals, McDonald’s, Lodha, Shaadi.com and many others.

    Arora is a digital marketing professional with over 10 years of experience across India & Canada. He has worked across agencies, Merkle Sokrati, Ad Global 360 and had also run his digital agency in the past. His latest stint before HiveMinds was with an Ed-tech major, Textbook.

    Mumbai: Madison World’s digital unit, Madison Digital, has announced the return of Shobhit Gaur as vice president. Gaur will report to Madison Digital & Madison Media Alpha CEO Vishal Chinchankar.

    Gaur has over 14 years of experience in various facets of the digital world including ROI, business development, data science, integrated, online, mobile and performance marketing, social media, brand planning, digital strategy and analytics. He joins the agency after a brief stint with PHD. In addition to PHD, he has also worked at MEC, Interactive Avenues, Starcom – Mediavest Group and Omnicom. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the Delhi University, a master’s degree in business administration from Sydenham Institute of Management, Mumbai and an IT diploma from National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT).

    The account was won after a multi-agency pitch involving several rounds of presentations. 

    Speaking about this association, Glide Invest founder and CEO Pratik Oswal commented, “We are impressed by Madison’s depth and expertise in the space and are excited to partner with them.”

    The Goafest now in its 15th year and hosted by the Advertising Agencies Association of India (AAAI) to facilitate the industry, is back this year after two long years of the pandemic. The ABBY Awards organised by The Advertising Club are also presented during the festival to showcase and toast the best in the business.

    This year, the Abbys have tied up with The One Show, a prestigious international award program in advertising, design and digital marketing.

    Mumbai: Jewellery brand Mia by Tanishq has announced its partnership with music festival Bacardi NH7 Weekender for the event to be held on 26 March in Pune. The association was set up by Mates, the content unit of Madison World.

    Bacardi NH7 Weekender is an annual multi-city and multi-genre, music, and comedy festival held in India. Under this partnership, Mia by Tanishq will get a ‘Mia Lounge,’ an exclusive lounge that will provide festival-goers access to “innovative digital beauty experiences and a fun-filled paradise complete with WiFi, air conditioning, mobile charging stations etc,” said the statement.  

    A virtual trial of Mia jewellery will be conducted in Pune using augmented reality. Mia will receive ten tickets for each city of Goa, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Shillong/Guwahati and Delhi to distribute to their top spenders. Additionally, Mia by Tanishq will receive branding across all of Bacardi NH7 Weekender marketing communication platforms.

    Mumbai: HiveMinds Innovative Market Solutions, the digital specialist of Madison World has bagged the digital mandate to manage Max Life Insurance’s paid marketing portfolio. The account will be serviced by HiveMinds’ newly opened North branch.

This will in turn enable new customer acquisition for Max Life Insurance, said the statement.
