    He was CEO at Eldeco Properties, where he played a key role in driving growth and delivering landmark projects. Previously, he held key positions at Lotus Greens Developers, MARS Development, M3M India, and Bharti Realty, gaining expertise in business development, financial planning, and large-scale project execution. Kishore will now oversee strategic initiatives to enhance operations, customer experience, and the company’s market presence at Hero Realty.

    With 35 years in corporate communications and public relations, Pavan has been part of the central government, NIFT, Hindustan Zinc-Vedanta Group, FIMI, DS Group, M3M India, and now OfBusiness.He has deep experience in communication strategies, advocacy, crisis management, leadership branding, and dynamic positioning of organisations. He is also an author, motivational speaker, and storyteller with over 500 stories and 100 authored articles.

    Pavan founded three social campaigns: Khushi for child nutrition and education, Sakhi for women’s economic empowerment, and Be Safe Zindagi for industrial and road safety.

    He has handled prominent campaigns like the new economic policy, rural development, AIDS awareness, pulse polio, and more.

    He has authored two books and is working on his third. Recognized by Thinkers360 Global, he has received several awards, including CSR person of the year and “role model in corporate communication and PR. Pavan has now co-founded Gurukshetra Consultancy to help young professionals and corporates.

    Pavan Kaushik named M3M India VP and corporate communication & PR head

    Mumbai: M3M India Group has brought Pavan Kaushik on board as vice president and head of corporate communication.

    Kaushik carries with him more than 30 years of professional experience in leadership roles in the field of corporate communication and PR. He has worked for 10 years in the ministry of information and broadcasting, eight years in the National Institute of Fashion Technology and almost two years in the DS Group.
    Before joining M3M, Kaushik was vice president and head of corporate communication at Hindustan Zinc for 12 years. Prior to that, he has also worked with Vedanta Group for a brief period.

    Recognised by Thinkers360 Global for his excellence in communications, public relations, and strategy skills, Kaushik has also been awarded the CSR Person of the year in 2018 – by India CSR Leadership Network. His accolades also include recognition by the Times of India, India Today, Zee News, and Public Relations Society of India for his excellence in his area of expertise. 

    Some of the prominent campaigns that Kaushik has handled are New Economic Policy, Rural Development, AIDS Awareness, Pulse Polio, Child Welfare, Women Empowerment, Safety, New Market Development for Zinc and Silver, Galvanization in Auto Sector – Railways – Rebars, to name a few. He has authored a book – “Me Within Myself” which is on motivation and counselling.

    Kaushik has a post-graduate diploma in advertising and PR and a master’s degree in economics. He is a graduate of English literature and Hindi literature. He has also completed a program in Manpower Research Methodology from the Indian Institute of Applied Manpower Research, New Delhi.
