    Kirloskar group appoints Pitchfork Partners for its brand refresh campaign

    Mumbai: The Kirloskar group of companies comprising of Kirloskar Oil Engines, Kirloskar Chillers, Kirloskar Pneumatic, Kirloskar Ferrous Industries, and Kirloskar Industries, recently undertook a refresh of their respective business visions. The transformation – under the ‘Limitless’ brand refresh – spans eight business areas, laying the foundation for aggressive plans in the B2C domain whilst continuing to power robust growth in the B2B companies.

    Pitchfork Partners is appointed to engage with media across platforms to drive home the essence of this refresh campaign. This involves transformation of the businesses from robust engineering-led firms to solution providers that lead today’s industrial landscape to become customer-centric. The outreach also details investing in new business segments and infusion of fresh talent in senior management, which will enable its companies through the use of innovation and technologies to move their business models from products to solutions. 

    The agency is also overseeing internal communication around this refresh campaign. This involves interactive campaigns around the conglomerate’s values & its transformed business vision of being customer-centric.

    Having managed the outreach around the launch of ‘Limitless’, Pitchfork is now executing communication strategies to help the message gain traction across the country and within the conglomerate.

    MUMBAI: Wondered how it is when Hollywood grooves to Bollywood music! The latest episode of Limitless on 20 February at 11 pm on AXN is going to give you a visual delight as the entire cast of Limitless will perform on Dil Bole Hadippa, a 2009 hit Yashraj film starring Rani Mukherji and Shahid Kapoor. Pritamda’s music makes the crew perform on the foot tapping number from the film breaking all stereotypes about Hollywood shows.

    This week’s intriguing episode, publicly exposes a list of FBI undercover agents. Show lead Brian Finch played by actor Jake McDorman develops a personal connection with FBI Agent Lucy Church (Christina Vidal), a tenacious rule-breaker and helps her finish a field case before she’s exposed.

    Viewers are in for a special treat this weekend adding on to this already intriguing plot as the adventures of the undercover agents are interspersed with some lavish Bollywood dance sequences. Brianwill be seengrooving to a foot tapping Bollywood number from Yash Raj Films – Dil Bole Hadippa. Joining him on the floor are his co-stars decked up in colorful Indian edding attire. Celebrity choreographer John Carrafa was roped in to make Brian dance to the tunes of award-winning music composer Pritam who is known to have given blockbuster songs to the Hindi film industry since more than a decade.     AXN lines up three seasons of ‘Sherlock’ back to back

    MUMBAI: AXN is gearing up to enthral the audience this festive season by airing all three seasons of Sherlock in a row. The initiative for the binge watchers titled as Sherlock Thrillathon will be from 25 – 27 December from 12 – 6 pm.

     

    Sherlock is the crime drama series starring the duo Sherlock and Dr. Watson played by Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman respectively. With Sherlock’s new special episode titled as The Abominable Bride around the corner, the channel is geared up to take fans on the nostalgic ride with back-to-back episodes of Sherlock seasons 1, 2 and 3.

     

    The channel will continue the trend into New Year, by airing back-to-back episodes of Sex and The City starting New Year midnight. The channel will also air back-to-back episodes of Bradley Cooper starrer Limitless the entire day on 1 January, 2016.

    AXN upgrades weekend entertainment with Limitless and season 4 of Elementary

    MUMBAI: AXN, the English entertainment channel, is bringing two new shows for its ‘Fresh From The U.S.’ slot -Limitless and season 4 of Elementary. Limitless will premiere on 21 November 2015 and can be seen every Saturday at 11 pm and Elementary will air on 22 November at 10 pm.

     

    Talking about the two new shows, Sony PIX & AXN India executive vice-president and business head Saurabh Yagnik said, “In order to cater to the TG who seeks new and latest content that airs day-and-date with the U.S., we had created a specific slot – ‘Fresh From The U.S.’ – wherein we have been programming the freshest shows and their latest seasons over the weekends.     Elementary stars Jonny Lee Miller as detective Sherlock Holmes and Lucy Liu as Dr. Joan Watson. Elementary is the modern-day drama about a crime-solving duo that cracks NYPD’s most impossible cases. In this season, Holmes and Watson must rely upon one another to rebuild their lives, notwithstanding the untimely return of Sherlock’s estranged but wealthy father, Morland Holmes. 

     

    Limitless a spinoff of the 2011 thriller of the same name, features Jake McDorman and Jennifer Carpenter as the leads and is produced by Bradley Cooper, the original main character from the film, plays U.S. Senator Eddie Morra. In the show, protagonist Brian Finch, played by Jake McDorman, is seen discovering the brain-boosting power of the mysterious drug NZT. He is then forced by the FBI into using his extraordinary cognitive abilities to solve complex cases for them. 

     

    Limitless debuted in the US on September 22, 2015. On October 23, 2015, CBS picked up Limitless for a full season of 22 episodes. It airs on CBS every Tuesday night.
