    Lex Sportel brings first-ever live cricket in lockdown: BetBarter Vanuatu Blast T10 League

    MUMBAI: 1SPORTS will bring the first ever live cricket during the Covid2019 pandemic shutdown for the benefit of billions of diehard cricket fans waiting to watch their favorite sport live.

    For the next four weeks, 1SPORTS will telecast, high-energy and extremely action-packed T10 cricket from the West Indies at the most suitable Indian times.  

    1SPORTS has acquired the rights to telecast BetBarter Vanuatu Blast T10 League in the Indian subcontinent. This tournament is set to start on 21 May, 2020 and culminate in a summit clash on 13 June, 2020.  Vanuatu Cricket Association (VCA) is a part of West Indies and has been affiliated to the International Cricket Council (ICC) since 1995.

    This tri-nation T10 tournament will comprise three teams: MT Bulls, Ifira Sharks and Mighty Efate Panthers. As per the organisers' schedule, each team will play the other thrice in the round-robin stages, and all the matches will be hosted at the Vanuatu Cricket Ground. Matches to these tournaments will be played every Saturday (except first week) morning starting 7.30 am and 9.30 am India time.

    Lex Sportel acquires broadcast rights of Hero I-League

    MUMBAI:  India is all set for another exciting season of Hero I-League. The league has won many hearts for over a decade and has been at the forefront of Indian football creating heroes. These heroes who have become household names will now feature on a whole new platform. Taking this legacy forward, Lex Sportel Vision Pvt.Ltd and Hero I-League has joined hands for the broadcast of the 2019-2 0season of Hero I-League which will kick-off on 30 November 2019.

    The partnership also marks the first major venture for Lex Sportel into Indian football. To the advantage of the football fans in India all the matches will be broadcast LIVE on DSPORT in primetime slots which will be 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM IST.

    “It has always been our endeavour to provide the best to all our fans. Keeping the requests of the clubs in mind, and with the support of our marketing partners FSDL, we are happy to get Lex Sportel on board as the broadcast partners for the 13thedition of the Hero I-League.     11 teams from across the country will clash swords over the period of the League to decide who will be crowned the ‘Champions of India’ and take home the coveted trophy.

    The first match of the season will feature Aizawl FC who will lock horns with the Mariners – MohunBagan at the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium, Aizawl on Nov 30th at 2:00PM IST.

    DSport ropes in MyTeam11 as co-presenting partners for PSL

    MUMBAI: DSport, a sports channel of Discovery Communications, have roped in fantasy sports platform MyTeam11 as the official broadcast co presenting partners along with the 4th Pakistan Super League.

    Apart from MyTeam11 a host of other brands will be seen as broadcast partners for the 4th Pakistan Super League, being telecast live on DSport in India from 14 February – 17 March 2019.  My Team 11 is a homegrown brand and was the co-presenting sponsors for the recently concluded Bangladesh Premier League 2019.

    “Fantasy Sports is a necessity for any sport and league to grow as it’s a natural extension for the fans to stay engaged to their favourite sport even after the live action is over. MyTeam11 with their recent associations has only showcased the growing interest and increasing fan engagement in Fantasy Cricket and hence it was but natural for us to get them on board as the Broadcast Partners for the Pakistan Super League,” said Lex Sportel MD RC Venkateish, the channel management partners for Discovery Sport.

    The tournament this year will be played across six cities from UAE and Pakistan. Defending Champions Islamabad United will clash against Lahore Qalandars in the season opener on the 14 February in Dubai. The tournament this season will be played from the 14 February – 17 March 2019 in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Karachi and Lahore.
