Launched in 2015 by Kalinga Media and Entertainment, the channel is a unit of KIIT Group of Institutions. Apart from leading DTH services like Tata Sky, Dish TV,Airtel Digital TV etc, the channel is also available on all major MSOs and LCOs. Kalinga TV is the only channel in the state which has a special bulletin in Santhali language and is a top rated news channel in terms of “Breaking News”.
