This detective thriller, based on the iconic Narayan Sanyal’s ‘Sonar Kanta,’ promises to keep viewers glued to their screens as they unravel a murderous mystery alongside the brilliant advocate P.K. Basu. Created by the visionary filmmaker and actor Joydeep Mukherjee, ‘Kaantaye Kaantaye boasts a stellar cast led by the versatile Saswata Chatterjee as the iconic P.K.     Set against the misty, storm-lashed backdrop of Darjeeling, ‘Kaantaye Kaantaye’ plunges viewers into a world where nothing is as it seems. P.K. Basu [Saswata Chatterjee], haunted by the tragic loss of his daughter, finds himself in a race against time at the ominous Hotel Repose. As a killer stalks the halls, seeking their next victim, a savage storm cuts off all communication with the outside world. Trapped with a cast of suspicious characters, each harboring their own dark secrets, P.K Basu must rely on his razor-sharp intellect and uncanny observational skills to unmask the murderer before they strike again. But this is no ordinary whodunit. As bodies pile up and the tension ratchets to unbearable levels, viewers will be forced to question everything they think they know.     ZEE5 announces Sharate Aaj, their biggest Bengali Original, yet

    MUMBAI: ZEE5, the #2 OTT player in the country, today announced the beginning of the shoot of the next marquee Original from the regional stable. Sharate Aaj, being shot completely in London, traces the lives of a close-knit Bengali community getting set to bring in the festive cheer of Pujo while being hit by a terror attack conspiracy. Will they be successful at it? The show will take you through an eerie turn of events.

    Renowned Actor Parambrata Chattopadhyay who has previously produced Kaali, the first ZEE5 Bengali Original web-series, is now directing Sharate Aaj and also acting in it. The power-packed star cast of the show include Payel Sarkar, Riddhi Sen, Surangana Bandyopadhyay, Kanchan Mallik, Joydeep Mukherjee, Bidipta Chakraborty and Soumya Sengupta.

    The show will also be high on the music quotient featuring a mix of Rabindra Sangeet and folk songs.     Gujarat Fortunegiants owned by Adani Group chairman Gautam Adani have pulled Fortune edible oil, Jivraj 9 tea, Simpolo Ceramics and Fogg as its sponsors. HET Graphics, Radio Mirchi 98.3 and Columbia Asia are its partners.

    The new team Haryana Steelers is owned by JSW sports and the franchise has signed on Kent RO and Exide Industries’ Dynex Batteries as principal sponsors and Valvoline as associate sponsor, respectively.

    Jaipur Pink Panthers which is owned by Abhishek Bachchan has Finolex Cables as the title sponsor, and Cycle Agarbatties and Kalyan Jewellers as associate sponsors. The franchise is powered by Lux Cozi and its patners are — Paytm, Insider.in and Dida.

    Defending champions Patna Pirates owned by Mukand Infinite MD & co-chairman Rajesh Shah has roped in Birla Gold Premier Cement as the principal sponsor and has H&R Johnson and Supreme Plastics as associate and co- sponsors, respectively.

    Puneri Paltan owned by Insurekot Sports has Force Motors as the principal sponsors and Kirloskar Pumps, Maxo Genius as the co-sponsors. Its kit partner is Equio.

    The Tamil Thalaivas franchise is owned by Iquest Enterprises (Consortium) & Blasters Sports Ventures. Sachin Tendulkar has teamed up with the serial entrepreneur N. Prasad as the co-owner of this franchise.

    MUMBAI:Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Kings XI Punjab today renewed its association with cement manufacturer (ACC) as their Official Team Partner for the IPL season 4.

    ACC‘s renewal reposes the sponsor‘s faith in brand Kings XI Punjab.
     
    Kings XI Punjab COO Col. Arvinder Singh said, “We are pleased to continue our relationship with ACC Ltd as our Official Team Partner for the second year in a row. Both our companies share common values and we are excited about the joint initiatives that we propose to undertake in our catchment area which we shall soon announce.”

    ACC‘s association with Kings XI Punjab also marks the company‘s re-association with cricket after the last season.
