The AI-generated personalised guided meditation pushes you to have some time of the day only for yourself, even if you must steal from your schedule.  

    On the microsite #MiniMindfulMoments www.minimindfulmoments.in. Users can create and gift a uniquely tailored meditation experience in just a few prompts, which will be transformed into a personalised mini meditation video. The personalized meditation will have a custom audio and name which will be created using generative AI technology. The output will then be shared with users, allowing them to listen and share with their family and friends.

    ManipalCigna Health Insurance will leverage this initiative through social media platforms for widespread promotion. Additionally, the company will be collaborating with multiple social media influencers, who will use the portal to create customized meditation experiences and express how they feel.

    Mumbai: ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL) has rolled out a campaign on the occasion of International Yoga Day with a unique initiative – ‘Aap Fit Toh Manoranjan Hit’. 

    ZEE also launched a microsite, where partners from across the country could register themselves and upload videos practicing Yoga, performing asanas as part of the daily challenge. The company has announced 450 lucky winners, rewarding them with fitness bands and yoga mats. Giving this activity a quirky angle, ZEE Entertainment coined the tagline – ‘Aap Fit Toh Manoranjan Hit’, paying an ode to the unmatchable contribution and support of the Cable and DTH industry.

    The first-of-its-kind campaign launched on 15 June 2022, witnessed the company’s distribution partners take up the seven day Yoga Challenge, wherein each day the partners participated to practice a new Yoga pose. Through this initiative, the company aims to emphasize on the importance of health as well as spread awareness about Yoga among the masses.

    The fitness challenge garnered massive support from partners and larger community across the country, who shared videos and posts across social media platforms, using the campaign hashtag #YogaWithZEE. Dedicating the week-long campaign towards health and fitness as well as the well-being of over nine hundred partners, the company has been consistently engaging with partner offices and other stakeholders through such on-ground activations and pioneering initiatives.

  • Colors Tamil celebrates yoga from home

    New Delhi: Several stars of Colors Tamil came together virtually to celebrate the International Yoga Day 2021 on Monday, advocating the importance of yoga in one’s emotional, mental and physical well-being in these pandemic-hit times.

    Colors Tamil hosted the virtual yoga session in partnership with the Rotary Club of Madras Central, for the second consecutive year, bringing in health experts, sports therapy consultants, reputed yoga instructors, fitness experts and physiotherapists from across the country.

    Spread over an hour, through a Facebook Live for its viewers, the e-yoga meet was led by experts of Ayurveda and fitness trainers, including sports therapy consultant, Dr Dharmesh Kubendran, physiotherapists Dr Simranjeet Kaur and Dr Krishna Shah Ayurveda expert Nathiya and Rotary Club of Madras, president, Supriya Sundaraman. The session had experts talk about coping with stress during the pandemic, working on the body’s flexibility, and overall well-being. 

    COLORS Tamil- business head, Anup Chandrasekharan said, “We have partnered with the Rotary Club of Madras Central for the second time on International Yoga Day and are extremely pleased and enlightened after the virtual session. It’s a privilege to be a part of such a healthy initiative and strongly believe that we all need to include and explore a lot of other exciting things, apart from the usual work schedules and other commitments.”

    MUMBAI: It was a fun filed Sunday for kids in Mumbai. On the occasion of International Yoga Day, kids along with Motu & Patlu performed simple yoga aasans. This event took place at Nehru Center, Worli.

    The event saw around 500 kids interact with the characters; they helped the children perform aasans like butterfly, Starfish, flower, slide and many more. Motu and Patlu also spoke about the benefits of being healthy. On this occasion, Mrs Singh, one of the parents said “Introducing children to yoga at an early age helps them inculcate healthy lifestyle habits and set the foundation for a fit future. I am glad that such events happen in our city “Kian D’cruz a 4 year old student of Don Bosco said “I had a good time. I learnt flower and starfish, and I will also teach my mom this”

    “I don’t like to exercise. But, Motu Patlu are my favorite. Motu taught me a few aasans and I enjoyed performing those aasanas. So I think I will do it daily,” said Yuvraj Sharma, 7, a student of Podar Jumbo Kids.

    “I have seen my mom do yoga at home, but they are very hard for me to do. But the ones I learnt here today are simple and easy” said 8 year old Shelly Mahajan who is a resident of Kolkata.

    Vidhi from St Xaviers high school, Airoli said “I did not know yoga had so many benefits, like proper breathing, weight loss. The poses I learnt today was so doable. I had a great time. After today, I’m in love with Motu Patlu even more. They made me do something I don’t like and I enjoyed myself. So now I can teach all my friends too”

    The smiles on the faces of all these children were a true testament of happiness.

    Fans were overjoyed to spend a day with their favorite on screen characters. All in all, it was a glorious success. And the kids were seen leaving the place with lasting memories and happy faces.

    TV, Radio urged to mark International Yoga day in befitting manner

    NEW DELHI: All television channels, FM Radio, and Community Radio stations are expected to take ‘all possible steps this year also to promote the International Yoga Day (lYD) on 21 June by carryrng special features or in any other befitting manner during the period leading to the occasion’.

    In a note on the Information and Broadcasting Ministry website, it has been pointed out that all TV channels, FM channels and community radio stations have contributed immensely to the cause of promotion of Yoga and International Day of Yoga in the past.

    The message from the ministry says that it has special significance for India to mark the day in a befitting manner since the genesis of Yoga is associated with this country.

    Meanwhile Ayush Minister Shripad Naik said while the Government was prepared to consider the demand for declaring the day as a holiday, no such demand had come so far as Yoga gets over before 8 am in the morning and so there is no need for a holiday

    As part of the Internatinal Yoga Day, video clips of 20 celebrity endorsements including Amitabh Bachchan, Shilpa Shetty, Virat Kohli, etc. will be telecast on multiple channels.

    Video spots of thirty secnds each on important Yog Asnanas will be telecast on Doordarshan as Asana of the Day. 

    There will be articles in the print media and social media is expected to carry blogs, on mobile apps, Twitter, Facebook etc.

    A new dynamic and interactive IDY Web Portal has been launched on 25 May and carries interesting online quizzes and contests. 

    The I and B note says that the United Nations General Assembly had on 11 December 2014 declared 21 June to be celebrated as the International Yoga Day (lYD) each year, after the call in this regard by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his address to the UN General Assembly on 27 September 2O14. Modi had stated that “Yoga is an invaluable gift of India’s ancient tradition which embodies unity of mind and body that provides a holistic approach to health and well-being.”

    The note said several initiatives have been taken by institutions, both public and private, to promote the cause.
