TNS India Foundation managing director Rupa Bohra

Today, as we celebrate the contributions and achievements of women, I’m deeply moved to see how women are increasingly getting represented across various industries, a cause that I am personally passionate about. At TNS India Foundation, we focus on putting women beneficiaries at the forefront of all our programs, be it youth employability, entrepreneurship or agriculture as we believe that inclusivity is everyone’s responsibility – be it employers, the community, at home or of the women themselves.

However, to me, true inclusion only happens when we embrace the rich diversity that all genders bring, yet acknowledge the differences in ability, faith, body and identity. It’s a collective effort, a global commitment to ensuring that women have a meaningful presence in every field and they are enabled to put their best foot forward on their journey to achieve economic and social resilience. Let’s champion inclusivity together, break down barriers, and create spaces where every woman’s potential is not just recognized but is celebrated so that more women are encouraged to break the proverbial glass ceiling.

KITES Senior Care Co-Founder and COO Dr Reema Nadig

In the relentless hustle of life, balancing the demands of work and family poses immense challenges, particularly in the noble field of healthcare. Yet, amidst it all, these extraordinary women shine brightly, their unwavering commitment and tireless dedication serving as beacons of hope and inspiration.

Women consistently demonstrate their capacity for excellence across diverse fields and industries. Given the opportunity, they thrive when provided with a supportive and nurturing environment, enabling them to achieve notable success. This Women’s Day, let’s not only express gratitude but also pledge unyielding support to these exceptional leaders and would-be leaders. Let’s create spaces of inclusivity across all the spheres, where every woman’s voice is heard, valued, and respected.

CPR Global Founder Chaitali Pishay Roy

The journey of women entrepreneurs is riddled with diverse challenges, ranging from societal biases, and limited access to resources to the struggle of maintaining work-life balance and thriving in male-dominated industries. Yet, amidst these hurdles, women bring to the table a unique set of strengths – adaptability, empathy, and collaborative spirit. Women have always inherently shied away from putting themselves out there and being recognised for their achievements.

As a woman entrepreneur myself, I resonate deeply with these issues. That’s why I founded CPR Global, a reputation management consultancy helping leaders build their personal brand. We strive to amplify the stories of women entrepreneurs breaking stereotypes and showcasing their remarkable contributions in traditionally male-dominated sectors such as geriatric care, alco-bev companies, and D2C brands. Witnessing women shatter glass ceilings and empower others through job creation fills me with immense pride. Their resilience and determination not only inspire but also drive innovation and diversity in the entrepreneurial landscape.

It’s time we stopped considering ourselves to be the weaker gender or fairer sex.

    Odette founder Mamta Roy

Recognizing the vital role women play in every industry, I believe that true overall progress can blossom only when diversity thrives. The importance of women’s inclusion cannot be overstated – it brings forth diverse perspectives, celebrates creativity, and promotes collective success. We must break barriers, value each other, and create spaces where every woman’s voice is not just heard but cherished as well.

As we celebrate Women’s Day, we at Odette are all about embracing the uniqueness of every woman. Having women working with us isn’t just a way of working at Odette– it’s a powerful thread that weaves through our journey. Let’s continue fostering environments where every woman’s voice is not only valued but integral to our collective progress.

Leegality head of Internal Operations Tabir Rakhshinda Hussein

“I believe India as a country has immense potential, and at the heart of this potential lies the incredible contribution of women. Women in India are leading the charge with their innovative ventures, contributing significantly to the nation’s economic growth and societal development.

In every sphere of life, women play a multifaceted role, balancing work and home with grace and determination. At Legality, we recognise the potential women hold and we strive to provide them with a nurturing environment to grow and succeed. We empower women by offering flexible work policies, including remote work opportunities, to prioritise work-life balance. Additionally, our liberal leave policy and holiday flexibility create a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, I would like us all to come together to provide an inclusive environment for all women so they to grow and prosper in every field. Here’s to celebrating and uplifting women across all spaces. Happy Women’s Day!”

Wondrlab Network co-founder & managing partner Vandana Verma

“International Women’s Day is a powerful reminder of the invaluable contributions women make to our world every day. As a co-founder of Wondrlab Network, I’ve seen firsthand the dedication and passion women bring to their work, driving success in every project. The research underscores the undeniable strength of gender-diverse teams, showcasing their ability to surpass homogenous groups in creativity, problem-solving, and overall performance. However, beyond statistics, it’s important to recognize that everyone, irrespective of gender, deserves equal opportunities to thrive based on their merits and capabilities. Let’s celebrate not just the achievements of women, but also advocate for an inclusive world where talent knows no gender boundaries.”
