    Shambhavi Mishra named head of marketing at Gourmet

    MUMBAI: Gourmet Investments Pvt. Ltd. has promoted Shambhavi Mishra to head of marketing, tasking her with steering the company’s entire portfolio of global dining brands in India, including P.F. Chang’s, Pizzaexpress, and Chili’s American Grill & Bar.

    Mishra, who has spent the past two years driving digital-first campaigns and consumer engagement for Pizzaexpress and Chili’s, now oversees brand strategy across all outlets, aiming to strengthen market presence and cultural relevance in India’s fast-evolving dining scene.

    Prior to Gourmet, she was AVP – marketing at Impresario Handmade Restaurants, shaping strategy for Social, antisocial, Smoke House Deli, Boss Burger, Lucknowee, and Hungli across more than 47 locations. Her tenure at Social redefined F&B marketing through community-building, culture-first partnerships, and high-profile collaborations with Amazon, Netflix, Spotify, Tinder, Bumble, Budweiser, Absolut, Flipkart, and global IPs like Game of Thrones and Stranger Things. She also created original experiences such as Fresh Cuts, Satrangi Mela, Culture Chutney, and Deluxe Thali.

    Mishra is recognised not only for her strategic acumen and digital-first thinking but also for championing initiatives around women’s safety, gender inclusivity, and diversity, embedding values into both workplace culture and consumer experiences.

    An alumna of ISB and MICA, with a foundational degree from the Institute of Technology & Management, she is widely regarded as one of India’s most dynamic voices in F&B marketing, known for marrying creativity with measurable business impact.

    Impresario appoints Roshni Kavinam as national creative head

    Mumbai: Impresario Handmade Restaurants (IHR) on Tuesday announced the appointment of Roshni Kavina as its national creative head.

    In this role, She will oversee all daily communications and engagements along with launches and will work closely with the respective teams in developing and streamlining all brands further across Impresario towards further consumer love and growth, said the company in a statement.

    She will be responsible for leading creative brand development and brand building across Impresario brands including Social, Smoke House Deli, Salt Water Cafe, Souffle S’il Vous Plait, and several cloud kitchen brands like Boss Burger, Hung-Li, Lucknowee, and Goodness To Go, it added.

    “A new-age creative thinker equally adept at traditional and non-traditional media, Roshni is just the talent to lead the creative teams at Impresario,” said IHR CEO and MD Riyaaz Amlani. “We are confident that she will use her expertise in design and storytelling in driving growth across the brand and deepening Impresario’s connection with its customers.”

    In a career spanning over 16 years in advertising, Kavina has been instrumental in building effective brands across categories and has extensively worked on creating film, online, print, and on-ground assets; from strategic stages to final executions.

    Prior to this appointment, Kavina was associated with Publicis Ambience as executive creative director wherein in a span of six years she created a team that specialised in design. She has also been an integral part of developing and co-designing the new Publicis Mumbai office by partnering with the team of architects assigned for the job. She has also been associated with BBH India and Saatchi & Saatchi in past stints. Her work has gotten her many accolades such as Cannes, One Show, Adfest, Abby, Goa Fest, Outdoor Awards, Effie.

    Impresario Handmade Restaurants appoints Alexander Valladares as CMO

    Mumbai: Impresario Handmade Restaurants has announced the appointment of Alexander Valladares as chief marketing officer.

    In his new role, Alexander will oversee marketing activations including PR and communications, content marketing, on-ground activations, consumer marketing, and engagement for all brands under Impresario’s umbrella, the company said in a statement.

    Alexander brings with him a rich experience of over 14 years across brand building, marketing, content, intellectual property creation, and monetisation. Prior to joining Impresario, Alexander led a team of dynamic marketers as national marketing lead for Times of India’s metro supplements and Times life. He has also been associated with MTV India and FCB Ulka in past stints.
