MUMBAI: Hinduja TMT has inducted changes in the company’s directorship. I N Chatterjee has been named as the alternate director to DG Hinduja.
He was earlier an alternate director to R P Hinduja.
Vinoo S Hinduja has been appointed in place of Chatterjee as alternate director to R P Hinduja with effect from 30 October.
K V Seshasayee ceases to be the director of the company with effect from 30 October.
