    MUMBAI: The most awaited biopic on the Olympic Medalist ‘Mary Kom’ released its second song today. ‘Sukoon Mila’ the latest track from the Priyanka Chopra starrer has been launched exclusively on Hungama.com and on Hungama music app. Sung by music sensation Arijit Singh the beautiful and soulful number depicts the romance between reel-life Mary Kom and her husband.

    Mary Kom is an upcoming 2014 Indian biographical sports drama film directed by Omung Kumar and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Based on the life of the Indian boxer Mary Kom, the film stars Priyanka Chopra in the lead, along with Danny Denzongpa, Minakkshi Kalitaa, Bijou Thaangjam, Darshan Kumar, Shishir Sharma and Zachary Coffin in the movie.

    Tata Sky launches first ever DTH Karaoke service in the World

    MUMBAI: In a global first, Tata Sky, the leading DTH player today announced the launch of a new video-based music service, Karaoke in partnership with Hungama.com.  This innovation, gives Tata Sky subscribers a fun way to spend time with loved ones this Valentine’s Day.

    Commenting on the launch, Mr. Vikram Mehra, Chief Commercial Officer, Tata Sky said: “The love for singing & dancing is epitomized by Bollywood movies. Be it wedding celebrations, a picnic or a night out with friends, singing our favourite Hindi songs in loud chorus adds tremendously to the fun factor of any evening.     Unlike other traditional Karaoke services, Tata Sky’s Karaoke service showcases music videos along with lyrics which enhance the overall singing experience.  A distinctive feature of the service is the ‘Sur Meter’ that rates an individual’s singing performance and provides for interesting competition opportunities. The song library will be refreshed on a monthly basis to keep boredom at bay.

    9XO Fresh Hits features the biggest international hits from 2013 with artists including Avicii, will.i.am, OneRepublic and PSY.

    MUMBAI: Law & Kenneth has conceptualised a new campaign for Hungama.com comprising three TVCs, which will debut on 12 January.

    While one TVC is of 45 seconds, the other two are of 30 seconds.

    Said Law & Kenneth branch head Mumbai Neeraja Kale, “We wanted to establish Hungama.com as THE destination for entertainment. Needless to say it had to be done in an entertaining manner hence the quirky, disruptive approach taken for communication.”

    In the new commercials, Hungama.com has tried to breakaway from the traditional taglines of ‘use me, try me’. In fact, the new commercials for the brand strongly urge you not to log on to www.hungama.com, if you’re looking for entertainment.

    The protagonist of the films goes on to rip Hungama.com, claiming his ancestral entertainment company, Taalimaar Entertainment, is the leading entertainer. The brain behind this entertainment company, portrayed by Vijay Raaz, is aided by his mute sidekick who secretly seems like he is a Hungama.com fan.
