    Mumbai: Quess Workforce Management has launched its first advertising campaign. Over 17 years, Quess has built a global presence in staffing, employing over 5,00,000 people and supporting sectors like manufacturing, IT, BFSI, retail, and telecom.

    The campaign film features cricketer Jasprit Bumrah, capturing his journey from a small backyard to world-class stadiums, mirroring Quess’s values of determination, focus, and excellence. Conceived by Famous Innovations and produced by Little Giants Films, the film can be seen in movie theatres, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

    Onsitego acquires Qdigi Services from Quess Corp Rs 80 cr

    Mumbai: Onsitego, a device-care provider, has announced the acquisition of Qdigi Services from Quess Corp Ltd, India’s leading business services provider.

    Qdigi provides installation, repair, and maintenance services to leading OEMs like Samsung, Apple, One Plus, Xiaomi etc., and online retailers like Amazon. The company has 1400 employees and operates 100 company-owned & 200 plus franchise service centers.

    Qdigi’s capabilities highly complement the device protection business of Onsitego. The acquisition will help Onsitego further enrich its customer service experience and open up new areas of growth such as approaching OEM partners and retailers with new market offerings.

    As part of the transaction, the entire team and business of Qdigi will be transferred to Onsitego. Onsitego will pay total cash consideration of Rs 80 cr., subject to customary closing adjustments. In addition, Quess will be acquiring a minority stake in Onsitego. The transaction is expected to be completed over the next two to three months.
