    Desai’s career highlights include leadership roles at Mid Day as senior manager of entertainment marketing, Digit 9.0 Web Marketing as head of PR, and Percept Profile as a PR associate. These experiences have honed his expertise in entertainment marketing, talent relations, and public relations, making him a well-rounded professional in the industry.

    An alumnus of SIES College, Desai earned a bachelor of mass media (BMM) degree with a specialisation in advertising. His educational background, combined with his diverse professional experiences, has shaped his ability to connect brands, talent, and audiences seamlessly.

    In his new role at Dharma Cornerstone Agency, Desai aims to push creative boundaries and foster strong partnerships that drive growth and innovation in talent management.

    MUMBAI: Sports star and big screen newcomer Vijender Singh, who is all set to make his Bollywood debut in Grazing Goat Pictures upcoming film Fugly, will impress his legion of fans by taking on a whole new avatar on the silver screen. To cement his ‘bad boy’ character in Fugly he appears in the risque song video entitled: Good In Bed. The cheeky number sees the delectable Vijender grooving with a bevy of scantily-clad girls.

     

    The lively video sees Vijender dressed in a traditional Greek Toga, however, he soon loses his inhibitions and his clothes, as he begins to strip layer by layer, until he is left wearing nothing but a pair of stars and stripes underpants and a t-shirt.

     

    Vijender, who plays a Harayanvi Jat in the film, is joined in the video by his co-stars Mohit Marwah, Kiara Advani and Arfi Lamba.

     

    ‘Good In Bed’ is the fifth track to be taken from the popular Fugly soundtrack. Previous hits include: ‘Yeh Fugly Fugly Kya Hai’, ‘Dhup Chik’, ‘Banjarey’ and ‘G Pe Danda’.

     

    ‘Fugly’, directed by Kabir Sadanand, is shot extensively in Delhi and Leh. The movie is also the launch pad for Mohit Marwah, Olympic medalist Boxer Vijender Singh, Kiara Advani and Arfi Lamba, the freshest faces to join the film fraternity. They will be making their debut in style along with the supremely talented Jimmy Sheirgill, who will be seen in one of his most powerful performances ever.

     

    ‘Fugly’ is set to release on 13 June 2014.

    MUMBAI: Shot in the picturesque foothills of Leh, Grazing Goat Pictures introduced its third track from the upcoming film Fugly, titled Banjarey. The song which talks about friendship and travelling is being greatly appreciated by music lovers internationally.

     

    On the sets of Banjarey, since there were no gyms in Leh, the boys Mohit and Vijender used the rocks lying around for free weight training while shooting for the song.

     

    Banjarey has been composed by music sensation Yo Yo Honey Singh and is unlike any of his previous compositions.

     

    After the instant-hit Yeh Fugly Fugly Kya Hai and Dhupchik, Grazing Goat Pictures has released the third track.

     

    Its title track Yeh Fugly Fugly Kya Hai has created a huge stir with its signature ‘Spider Step’. The song became the most popular video on YouTube India within four days of its release.

     

    Fugly, directed by Kabir Sadanand, is shot extensively in Delhi and the breathtaking locations of Leh. It is a story of four friends: Dev, Devi, Gaurav and Aditya and how this carefree bunch, at the threshold of their lives, get caught in a ‘Fugly’ incident, which sucks them slowly into the big bad world of corruption, politics and the real society in the capital. The entertainingly original Fugly is wacky, kitsch and puts the best of friends through the most bizarre events of their life – the game is Fugly!

    MUMBAI: Actor Akshay Kumar and partner Ashvini Yardi have together launched the trailer for their forthcoming film Fugly, the latest big-screen initiative from their production company Grazing Goat Pictures. The event took place at Reliance Digital Express store in Prabhadevi.  

     

    The launch was special made special for the media as they were encouraged to take a fugly ‘selfie’ (fuglies) with the props as well as be a part of the poster.

     

    During the event, Akshay gave a quick insight into the plot of the film to the media and showcased the film’s stylish poster. 

     

     The trailer has already received a roaring applause from various Bollywood celebrities and veteran media. Bollywood star Abhishek Bachchan, tweeted his comments on the trailer saying “Loved the trailer of @FuglyTheFilm well done @Kabirsadanand and @AshviniYardi and all the best.” 

     

    Speaking about the event, Akshay Kumar said, “I am so thrilled to have been here today. It is a great moment for Ashvini and I and all those involved in the Fugly project.”

     

     Ashvini Yardi added, “Fugly is a film that is very close to all of our hearts. It is a vibrant, youth centric entertainer. It is funny and witty and packs a major punch. Akshay and I are delighted to introduce such a talented cast in this film, and feel that they have done a fantastic job in the film. We are all very proud of Fugly, and we hope audiences will love it as much as we do.”

    There is already tremendous buzz in the industry around Mohit, Kiara, Arfi and Vijender’s film debut.

    NEW DELHI: After the success of their first venture OMG: Oh My God!, actor Akshay Kumar and Ashvini Yardi are all set to release Fugly, a coming-of-age drama set in the by lanes of Delhi.

     

    The film’s release date has just been announced as 16 May 2014.

     

    Produced by the Grazing Goat Pictures and directed by Kabir Sadanand, Fugly is shot extensively in Delhi and the breathtaking locations of Leh. It is the story of four friends – Dev, Devi, Gaurav and Aditya and how this carefree bunch, at the threshold of their lives, get caught in a Fugly incident, which sucks them slowly into the big bad world of corruption, politics and the real society in the capital.

     

    The central characters are played by an ensemble of some of the freshest faces to emerge from India: Anil Kapoor’s nephew Mohit Marwah, Olympic medalist Boxer Vijender Singh, grand niece of Sayed Jaffery Kiara Advani and Slumdog Millionaire actor Arti Lamba will make their Bollywood debuts in the film. The film also sees the fondly remembered Anjali, from the 1998 blockbuster, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Sana Saeed, in a special song and Jimmy Shergill who returns to the big screen after Bullet Raja.

    Grazing goat pictures launch the trailer of Bhaji In Problem

    MUMBAI: The wait for the official trailer release of one of the biggest Punjabi blockbuster of the year, Bhaji in Problem came to a halt with Grazing Goat Pictures launching the much awaited trailer amid great reception and laughter.

     

    Bhaji in Problem is Grazing Goat Picture’s second regional film production after the poignant Marathi film 72 Miles Ek Pravas which was directed by National Award winning director, late Rajiv Patil of Jogwa fame. With Bhaji in Problem, Akshay Kumar and Ashvini Yardi are all set to give their audiences a comic relief.

     

    Soon after the trailer was launched with Besharam’s release, audiences were found tweeting and describing the trailer as hilarious and expressing their eagerness to watch the film. Some people also called it the dhamaka trailer, re-instating the fact that the film indeed looks as a promising blockbuster for all Punjabi and comedy film buffs.

     

    The film is the story of Gurpreet Ghuggi, who plays the character of Sundeep Cheema, juggling between two wives. His life ends up in a complete chaos with the entry of Gippy Grewal who plays Jeeta and falls in love with Preet played by Ragini Khanna. In this comedy of errors of epic proportions, both sides know the deepest and the most intimate secrets of the other, which each of them want to protect at any cost and holds it over the other’s head. The film is a budding laugh riot and as one hilarious situation unfolds after another, the film only gets more interesting and engaging.

     

    Bhaji in Problem stars some of Punjab’s most reputed stars Gippy Grewal and Gurpreet Ghuggi who are joined by Sasural Ghenda Phool’s Suhana Raghini Khanna, and veteran actor Om Puri as central characters. The film is directed by Smeep Kang who has delivered successful hits such as Carry on Jatta and Lucky Di Unlucky Story. The film also sees cricketer Harbajan Singh make a friendly appearance along with producer Akshay Kumar, who is a Punjabi himself, having an extended appearance.
