    Hindware ropes in Nirupam Sahay as new CEO for bath and tiles business

    MUMBAI: It’s got  a new senior executive in the corner office.  Bathware brand Hindware Limited has appointed Nirupam Sahay as CEO of its bath and tiles business. Sahay’s extensive leadership experience and strong track record in driving growth will support Hindware’s expansion in sanitaryware, faucets, and tiles.

    Nirupam joins Hindware from Dixon Technologies, where he served as president of the lighting solutions business. He has held senior roles at prominent companies such as Philips Lighting, GE Capital, Whirlpool, and Asian Paints. Additionally, he has served on the boards of Rexxam Dixon Electronics and GE Money Financial Services, and is an advisor at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Complex Choices.

    Hindware chaIrman & managing director Sandip Somany expressed confidence in Nirupam’s leadership skills, stating, “His deep understanding of the Indian market and focus on innovation will drive our bathware business’s growth.”

    Nirupam Sahay shared his enthusiasm, saying, “I am honored to join Hindware, an iconic brand in Indian households. My focus will be on fostering innovation and creating value for all stakeholders.”

    Nirupam holds an honors BA in economics from St. Stephen’s College, a master’s in management from NMIMS, and completed the advanced management program at Wharton.

    Anju Chaudhary joins Innominds as VP – artificial intelligence business

    MUMBAI: She is one lady who can’t get enough of all things tech. Anju Chaudhary – a B. Tech in computer science from Kurukshetra university – spent the early part of her career in Dell Computers, before moving on to a banking job at Stanchart and then onto GE Capital. She then tried her hand at a human capital opportunities website as a founding member for three years before moving into cloud platform C-Zentrix Cloud as vice-president cloud in 2016.

    Whilst she was there, she had to define the strategy for the global partner ecosystem, build out a cross-functional team, create critical relationships with C-level partner executives, and showcase the company’s  innovation and technology solutions to potential customers.

    Then she moved on to Builder.ai ( previously known as Engineer.ai )  arguably world’s first AI powered platform trying to solve the  massive issue of idea to code. The solution eould build, run and scale almost anything that could be thought of. Her mandate as head of APAC and Mena was to build business as well as manage clients.

    The latest move she has made is once again in the area of artificial intelligence. She has joined Innominds as vice-president of AI business, taking charge of markets, leveraging the research and development company into developing cutting-edge capabilities in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and digital transformation.

    Intelsat names Naren Mansharamani as VP – financial planning & analysis

    MUMBAI: Intelsat S.A. has appointed Naren Mansharamani as vice president of financial planning & analysis (FP&A).

     

    In his role, Mansharamani will lead Intelsat’s FP&A and Corporate Development team in further enhancing and sustaining a strong analytic framework that will bridge strategy and operations with finance and accounting to support the company’s business objectives. He will be based in McLean, VA and report to Intelsat CEO and interim CFO Stephen Spengler.

     

    Mansharamani joins Intelsat from SABIC Innovative Plastics formerly known as General Electric (GE) Plastics where he served as director of the Americas. In his role, he was responsible for the overseeing the overall financial performance of the company’s $3 billion Americas division. He also held the role of director of finance & pricing for the company’s $2 billion Global Automotive division. Overall Mansharamani spent 18 years with various business divisions in GE where he held increasing roles of responsibility in GE Plastics, GE Silicones, GE Healthcare and GE Capital. Prior to joining GE, he worked with Ernst & Young for three years.

     

    Mansharamani holds a B.Com from Delhi University and is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant.
