    Mumbai: Garage Group, a full-service digital creative agency, has appointed Jahangeer Khan as assistant vice president (AVP) for new business and client servicing. Before joining Garage Group, he held notable positions at POKKT, Network18 Digital, HT Media, Sify, and Times Internet bringing a wealth of experience in business sales and revenue management.

    In his newly assumed position, Khan will assume a significant responsibility in fostering prospects across Garage Group’s diverse verticals, encompassing the Corporate, Government, and E-Content sectors. Furthermore, he will assume the duty of managing and nurturing the existing client portfolio across multiple markets.

    In an email conversation with Garage Group founder and MD Saurabh Gupta, Indiantelevision.com delved deeper into Garage Group’s evolution, maintaining creative excellence, their vision and mission, etc.

    Saurabh Gupta is from Kanpur, the eastern business hub. He began his career at a young age and has spent the last 12 years working with various MNCs and big brands in leadership roles such as Reliance Entertainment Digital and Percept Media as a business head of innovations and new initiatives. In 2015, he founded Garage Productions, which was primarily a film production house focusing on short format and new-age content. With increasing demand, this evolved into a full-service digital creative agency with an in-house production facility, the first of its kind in India.

    Rajat Mukherjee joins Garage Group as principle creative consultant

    Mumbai: Garage Group, a full-service and creative agency founded in 2015, has strengthened its creative capabilities with the appointment of Rajat Mukherjee as principle creative consultant. In his new role, Mukherjee will oversee all markets and lead the organization’s creative division for its clients.

    With an impressive background, Mukherjee brings more than two decades of creative experience in the field of advertising and communication and is considered one of the prominent creative leaders in the industry, having worked with agencies such as HSAd, JWT, Leo Burnett, Hakuhodo Percept, Dentsu, Mudra, and R.K. Swamy BBDO, to name a few.

    He has worked on several leading business brands such as LG, Horlicks, Boost, Monte Carlo, Pepsi, Coke, Hero Cycle, Pizza Hut, Sony, ESPN, Star Sports, Hero Honda, Maruti Suzuki, Suzuki Bikes, Honda Motors, Toshiba, Central Park, PUBG, Numero Uno, and Hindware, among others.

    Before joining Garage Group, he served as national creative director for HSAd India, the primary partnering agency for the electronics giant LG, where he headed the firm’s entire creative communication division for more than ten years.

    Talking about his new role, Mukherjee said, “A real 360-degree communication is the key to the communication business today, and Garage Group excels with its diversified in-house offering for the same.     Mukherjee is a graduate of the esteemed Delhi College of Art. He has received numerous significant national and international honours during his 23-year journey, which in turn adds another feather to his cap.
