    Wavemaker India bolsters its North leadership team

    Mumbai: Wavemaker India, GroupM’s most awarded agency, has announced key appointments to further strengthen its North leadership team. The agency has appointed Jasmine Sachdeva as managing partner and Dipika Bhasin as head for Team Reckitt.  

    The move is aimed at strengthening the agency’s position in the region and enhancing its capabilities to deliver impactful solutions to clients.

    Sachdeva, a highly experienced media professional with over two decades of industry expertise joins back at GroupM after a short stint with Publicis Media. She is a skilled strategist with expertise in crafting integrated media strategies, audience planning, and designing ROI-focused campaigns. She has a remarkable track record of spearheading award-winning campaigns for brands such as Nestle, Haleon, MamaEarth, Hero Moto Corp, Google, and Airtel.

    Bhasin, a media and marketing expert, has played pivotal roles across agencies including Dentsu, Omnicom Media Group and Carat. With over two decades of experience, she has successfully led media practices for renowned brands such as Apple, LG, Vivo, Royal Enfield, HP, Perfetti Van Melle, Maruti, Snapdeal, Nissan and many more.

    Carat India appoints Dipika Bhasin as executive vice president

    MUMBAI: Dentsu International’s media agency Carat India has brought on Dipika Bhasin as executive vice president. In her new role, Dipika will lead the agency’s north and east offices, drive growth in these regions, and focus on developing and managing Carat's senior client relationship. She will report into Carat India CEO Anita Kotwani.

    Armed with more than 20 years’ experience, Bhasin has expertise in working with diverse teams, functions, industries, and has worked on challenging business leadership roles to drive business growth. In her previous stint with PHD Worldwide, she held the position of senior vice president and was responsible for media management. She pivoted the digital media operations and their effectiveness for marketers in the media mix.

    Bhasin has handled top brands like LG, Vivo, Royal Enfield, HP, SC Johnson, Perfetti, Maruti, Snapdeal, SAP, Adidas, Nissan and also various non-profit organisations. Additionally, she has also worked with Aircel and on brands that include consumer durables, FMCG, e-commerce and auto.

    PHD makes two Delhi appointments

    MUMBAI: PHD India has strengthened its leadership team in Delhi with the appointment of Dipika Bhasin as the new head of Delhi office while Anuj Madan has been elevated to Delhi digital lead.

    PHD India CEO Jyoti Kumar Bansal says, “The appointments reflect the growing demands of our clients based in North India and the volume of activity the Delhi office now manages, especially after the Vivo digital account win and the growth in mandates from HP, SC Johnson and other clients.     Bhasin brings over 17 years of experience, joining from sister-agency, OMD, where she spent six years and most recently served as vice president for the Delhi office. Prior to joining Omnicom Media Group in 2011, Bhasin developed extensive media experience through roles at Zee Telefilms, Carat and Aircel.

    Madan has an experience in transforming digital businesses for brands like Renault, HP India, Samsung, Amex, Lufthansa and Swatch, among others, over the last 12 years. Prior to joining Omnicom Media Group in 2015, Madan served as a business director at Cheil Worldwide and Mindshare, leading the digital business to build brands by driving high performance marketing.
