    Mumbai: Havas Worldwide India has strengthened its strategy team by appointing Dhananjoy Ray, Aniruddh Subramanian, and Jahan Nargolwala as associate vice presidents – planning & strategy. All three will report to Havas Creative Network India’s Chief Strategy Officer, John Thangaraj and will be based in Gurgaon.

    With over a decade of experience, Dhananjoy Ray has worked with agencies such as FCB India and Publicis India, contributing to brands like Horlicks, Uber, Pernod Ricard, Vivo, BMW, Google, Maggi, and Nokia. His expertise lies in communication and brand strategy.

    Jahan Nargolwala brings nearly 13 years of experience from agencies including Creativeland Asia, Yaap Digital, and Law & Kenneth. His work spans brands like Pizza Hut, Uniqlo, Godrej, Taj Hotels, Coca-Cola, UPI, and RuPay. Jahan specialises in creative strategy, brand planning, and cross-functional project management.

    Aniruddh Subramanian joins FCB India, with experience at L&K Saatchi & Saatchi and Famous Innovations. He holds a Master’s in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and has worked across FMCG, FMCD, healthcare, and tech sectors with brands like Horlicks Plus, All Out, Bata, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, and Google Pixel.

    Byju’s appoints Vineet Singh as VP, brand & creative strategy

    Mumbai: Edtech company Byju’s on Tuesday announced the appointment of Vineet Singh as vice president, brand & creative strategy.

    In his new role, Singh will be responsible to build and enhance the brand’s value proposition across offline and online mediums to cater to a diverse array of audiences across the country, said the company in a statement.

    From market research and insight analysis to defining the brand elements and tone, he will be in charge of creatively increasing brand awareness and strengthening the company’s positioning for market growth and oversee the brand’s creative philosophy, conceptualise and execute powerful narratives for the company, it added.

    “Vineet is a proven and a brilliant creative strategist and we are delighted to have him on board. We are looking forward to his creative and integrated campaigns that will help us establish a deeper connection with our consumers,” said Byju’s, chief people officer, Pravin Prakash.

    Singh commands over 15 years of industry experience. In his most recent role, he was WeWork India group chief marketing officer of Embassy Group. Previously, during his stint at Digitas, he played an instrumental role in shaping marketing and digital strategies for brands like Nestle, JK Tyres, Make my trip, etc. At Google India, he led the media and platform sales for emerging business groups and government agencies. 
    Having worked with clients from various verticals including education, e-commerce, travel, auto, and government, he also had the opportunity to work on automation-related projects and developed expertise in display advertising in the Indian market.

    The Coca-Cola Company names Aditi Anand as head of creative strategy

    Mumbai: The Coca-Cola Company has appointed Aditi Anand as the head of creative strategy for brand Coca-Cola for India and South-West Asia.

    Before joining Coca-Cola, Aditi was HMD Global’s head – brand, media, and digital marketing where she was at the helm of brand and media strategy for Nokia mobiles in India.

    Aditi brings with her 14 years of industry experience in large-scale global and Indian brands like Flipkart, Bharti Airtel, and Micromax Informatics. She has led teams across multiple marketing sub-functions like brand strategy & media, digital content & experiences, consumer insights, retail, eCommerce, and marketing analytics.

    “Excited to start a new inning with The Coca-Cola Company as Head of Creative Strategy on Brand Coke for India & Southwest Asia,” Aditi wrote in a LinkedIn post.
