    MUMBAI: CogMat, a digital media agency based in Mumbai, has been awarded the social media marketing duties for Plobal.

    Plobal is a fast-growing interactive mobile and web platform that helps locals ask questions, join discussions, get recommendations or simply be updated with what‘s happening around them.

    CogMat walks away with The Resort social media biz

    MUMBAI: Four star luxury getaway The Resort located at Aksa beach in Mumbai has roped in digital marketing agency CogMat to handle its social media duties. It already works with Four Points by Sheraton in Navi Mumbai, a sister concern of The Resort.

    The agency will be responsible for coming up with a new content strategy for the resort. It will work towards increasing the current fan base and enhancing the brands‘ interaction with it through targeted media spends.

    The Resort general manager Anuj Prakash said, “We have been fairly impressed with the way they have created social media presence for Four Points by Sheraton. Having seen their work, we met them to understand what they could do with our brand. We liked the ideas that were presented and their understanding of how a luxury resort like ours needs to be promoted on social networks. We look forward to working with CogMat on this initiative.”

    CogMat co-founder Mitchelle Carvalho said, “For the longest time now, The Resort has been a landmark in Mumbai where luxury hospitality and weekend getaways are concerned and CogMat is thrilled to have them aboard as a client.   • CogMat to handle Thomson Reuters’ digital marketing

    MUMBAI: Digital agency CogMat has been empanelled to handle the digital marketing duties for Thomson Reuters in India.

    The other agency on the panel is BCB Web Wise.

    It has been learnt that there was no formal pitch. But the agencies in consideration were evaluated extensively.

    CogMat will carry out advertising through Google networks in order to drive relevant traffic to the Thomson Reuters website which will then be followed by search engine optimisationenhancement so that there is an increase in relevant visitors coming to the site.

    The agency has won the account on the back of multi-agency pitch.

    The account will be handled out of the agency‘s Mumbai office.

    Cogmat is now responsible for the complete social media and digital media duties of Insta Sculpt. To start with, they are working on Online Reputation Management (ORM) of the brand.

    MUMBAI: Digital media agency CogMat has won the digital media mandate of a broking company Angel Broking.

    The agency has won the account on the back of multi-agency pitch that took place a month ago.

    According to the agency spokesperson, CogMat will work on the digital advertising for the brand and create content inorder to engage consumers. It will also work on the ORM strategy online relationship management (ORM) strategy for the client.

    The brand is expected to spend around 10-12 per cent of its total ad spend on the digital media.

    Based in Mumbai and Hong Kong, CogMat also works with clients like, Mufti Jeans, Euro Kids, Live In, Benzer, Richfeel and Trident Hotels.

    MUMBAI: Kolkata-based men‘s fashionwear manufacturer Turtle has awarded the duties for its social media and online promotion to digital marketing agency Cogmat.

    As part of the mandate, Cogmat will be responsible for reviving the existing properties on platforms like Facebook and Twitter apart from creating and increasing the brand‘s social media presences across platforms and will also take care of its online advertising to direct traffic to Turtle‘s e-commerce portal.

    Cogmat‘s list of clients includes brands like Oxemberg, Eurokids, Welingkar Group of Institutes and Mufti.

    The Mumbai-based digital media agency‘s role will be to engage consumers in conversations about the brand. The duties include making the Facebook and Twitter pages more active and interactive.

    There was no formal pitch for the account.

    Cogmat had recently won the digital account for Mumbai-based high street fashion brand Benzer.

    The digital media agency will service the account out of its Mumbai office.

    The mandate includes creating a stronger digital presence for Benzer through social media and other digital tools.

    The YouTube page of the brand has undergone a makeover as a part of the digital branding exercise.

    MUMBAI: The formal clothing brand of Siyaram Oxemberg has handed over the digital and social media duties to digital media marketing agency CogMat.

    The brand‘s creative duties are handled by Mumbai-based advertising agency 81, while the media buying duties are handled by Prachar.

    An official spokesperson from the agency said, “CogMat has been awarded duties of website development, ad campaign management, SEO, social media marketing and online reputation management. Our approach on leveraging Social and Digital as a platform to build a strong community of brand lovers is what worked in our favour.”

    A dedicated team shall handle website development, social+ORM and ad management The account win comes on the back of a formal pitch called by the brand in Mumbai which saw participation from 10 digital agencies including CogMat. CogMat presented a detailed plan of what Oxemberg as a brand must focus on since they are new entrants in the digital space.
