    MUMBAI: Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. (Zee) has roped in Rohit Suri as its new chief human resources officer, effective 12 May 2025. Suri, who will be based in Mumbai and report directly to chief executive officer Punit Goenka, is tasked with turbocharging Zee’s human capital strategy.

    Armed with over 25 years of experience across consumer internet, technology, and media companies, Suri most recently led talent management at Netflix India. His CV boasts leadership roles across South Asia, APAC, and Europe, where he drove HR transformation, leadership development, and cultural integration.

    Goenka hailed the appointment, stating, “Human capital remains the cornerstone of our success at Zee as we progress to achieve our targeted goals for a robust future. I am glad to welcome Rohit, who joins us at a pertinent juncture, as we aim to strengthen the HR operations, people strategy and overall organisational culture to build a future-ready workplace.     Ramya Sampath Sharma, a seasoned chief human resources officer (CHRO) with a diverse background in global technology and services sectors, has been appointed as the new CHRO  at Saint-Gobain group in India. In this position, she aims to leverage her expertise and drive organisational transformation through strategic HR leadership.

    With over 27 years of experience, Ramya holds a proven track record of fostering high-performance cultures and driving growth. Prior to joining Saint-Gobain Group, she served as the CHRO  at GreyOrange, where she spearheaded organisational design, implemented advanced HR technologies, and achieved significant increases in employee satisfaction and productivity.

    Ramya holds an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and has pursued an executive program on board effectiveness at the Indian School of Business. Throughout her illustrious career, she has worked with prominent companies, including Accenture, Intel, and Microland. Her most notable achievements include transforming HR functions, driving business growth, and implementing innovative HR strategies.

    At Saint-Gobain group, Ramya will lead the company’s HR efforts, focusing on driving business excellence through talent development, strategic organizational design, and employee engagement. Her appointment underscores Saint-Gobain group’s commitment to investing in its human capital and driving growth through HR excellence.

    DoubleVerify names Rose Velez-Smith as EVP and CHRO

    Mumbai: DoubleVerify, a software platform for digital media measurement, data and analytics, has announced the onboarding of Rose Velez-Smith as EVP and chief human resources officer (CHRO).

    As CHRO, Rose will be responsible for all aspects of our human resources strategy and people functions globally, including talent management, leadership development, compensation & benefits, diversity, and inclusion & belonging, said the company in a statement on Tuesday. She will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to ensure the company continues to build a culture that attracts, retains and develops the best people for DoubleVerify’s rapidly growing workforce, it added.

    “DV’s people are our greatest asset and driver of our competitive advantage,” said DoubleVerify CEO Mark Zagorski. “Rose’s experience in executing large-scale employee acquisition, development and engagement programs for high growth global companies, make her perfectly suited to help advance the DoubleVerify organization to our next stage of success.”

    Prior to joining DV, Rose managed global HR efforts for Pitney Bowes, spending more than two decades with the organisation. Most recently, she served as vice president of Total Rewards and HR Shared Services and led the organisation’s Covid-19 management team throughout the pandemic. Prior to Pitney Bowes, Rose worked at Navigant International as regional human resources director. She also spent nine years at Champion International in various HR roles.

    Kimberly-Clark appoints Radhika Tomar as CHRO

    Mumbai: FMCG brand Kimberly-Clark on Thursday announced the appointment of Radhika Tomar as chief human resources officer (CHRO).

    In her new role, Tomar will lead Kimberly-Clark’s human resources strategy, focused on transformation, cultural development, talent management, D&I initiatives and continued growth. She will work closely with the leadership team and look after employee and stakeholder engagement, alongside talent development, underscoring the company’s aim to be the employer of choice in India.

    “With Tomar joining Kimberly-Clark, the company now proudly boasts of 45 per cent diversity, with four out of nine women in leadership positions, further strengthening its commitment towards D&I,” said the statement.

    With a career spanning across 15 years, Tomar joins Kimberly-Clark after having served at Dyson as global head of learning and development. Her diverse experience in human resources and talent development also includes stints with multinational giants like Microsoft, McKinsey, and Aon Hewitt.
