    Keramalu has over eight years of experience in the industry having worked with companies like Times Group and U-Advantage.

    MUMBAI: Razorfish India has appointed Dinesh Swamy as senior creative director, based out of Mumbai.

     

    Speaking on the appointment, Razorfish CEO Charulata Ravi Kumar said, “With his credentials already preceding him, what struck me most about Dinesh was his childlike curiosity and energy that evidently add interesting dimensions to his creative ideas. His passion for photography and dancing tell me that he sees beyond the obvious and uses the insight for a story worth swinging to.”

The agency was awarded Social Media Campaign of the Year for Maruti Alto World Cup 2015 campaign and Best Digital Integrated campaign for the launch of Ciaz.

    Razorfish names Bharatesh Salian as Mumbai & Bangalore head

    MUMBAI: Razorfish vice president Bharatesh Salian has been given the additional responsibility to oversee the agency’s Mumbai and Bangalore operations.

     

    The move comes in the wake of Razorfish India senior vice president Manoj Mansukhani’s recent resignation. Salian will take over from Mansukhani with immediate effect.

     

    Razorfish India CEO Charulata Ravi Kumar said, “It has been less than two months since Bharatesh joined Razorfish. However, his exemplary experience, meticulous planning and fine leadership abilities makes him the perfect candidate for taking over our Mumbai and Bangalore branches. I believe he will excel at the new role, which he in spirit was already performing since day one.”

    IAA holds mentorship webinar with Razorfish India’s Charulata Ravi Kumar

    MUMBAI: The International Advertising Association (IAA) India Chapter hosted Razorfish India CEO Charulata Ravi Kumar as mentor guest at the recently concluded webinar.

     

    “It was good to have a senior media professional like Charulata Ravi Kumar spend valuable time to share her experiences in the digital media and advise young professionals speak in specific terms,” said IAA India Chapter president and IAA VP development Asia Pacific Srinivasan K Swamy.

     

    “Digital in India is at a very nascent stage, and there are trials and errors that we go through, but we understand in the long run where we need to take this forward,” said Kumar.

     

    “If you are still in the planning mode of whether you want to embrace digital or not, then I think you will definitely feature in the sequel to Jurassic Park,” added Kumar.

    MUMBAI: Razorfish India has roped in Bharatesh Salian as its vice president and head of strategy. He will be based out of its Mumbai office.

    Razorfish’s Jonny Stark confirmed as speaker for Goafest 2015

    MUMBAI: Razorfish senior vice president, Asia Pacific – head of brand and real time marketing Jonny Stark will be a speaker at Goafest 2015. Stark, will speak at the fest on 10 April, 2015 on how creativity in real time is important with the changing face of digital.

     

    An experienced speaker and commentator, Stark has contributed articles to various industry publications including PR Week (UK) and AdNews (Australia), as well as has appeared on panels, like AVCAL, delivering keynotes, most recently at the Informa Social Media Conference and running workshop sessions, such as on driving true engagement at this year’s Adobe Symposium.

After over a decade in digital, he has run accounts at a global, EMEA, APAC, UK and Australia level and developed strategies for household brands like Samsung, eBay, Emirates and McDonald’s, thus having a broad range of experience in a variety of markets.
