    Casio India launches its new brand campaign #LiveYourDream for the Casiotone range of keyboards

    Mumbai: Casio India announced the launch of its new “# LiveYourDream” brand campaign for its Casiotone range of beginner music keyboards on Monday.

    The cornerstone of the campaign is a digital brand film featuring “Taare Zameen Par” star Darsheel Safary, playing the role of an underdog who is able to rise in the eyes of his peers with the help of the music-playing skills he has developed by learning the Casiotone.

    Conceptualised by Tribes Communication and produced by Rising Star Productions, the film takes the opportunity to highlight the strengths of Casiotone, which enables the protagonist to realise his desire to play an instrument and garner admiration from his fellow college students. The film is live across all social media pages of the company, including YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

    The campaign is supported by well-known artists from the music industry, such as music composer Sean Rolden, singer-instrumentalist Swasti Mehul, keyboard player Anshuman Singh, and singer-instrumentalist Priyanshi Srivastava, who are communicating their own tryst with social recognition achieved through playing a musical instrument.

    Mumbai: Musical instruments company Casio India has roped in noted Indian musicians for its latest campaign #CasioMakesMusicians celebrating the 25-year legacy of the brand.

    The campaign videos shows popular singers and musicians including Shaan, Salim Merchant and Benny Dayal taking a trip down the memory lane, as they talk about their journey in the field of music. The musicians fondly recall their first Casio musical keyboard that made them fall in love with the instruments and melodies. Reminiscing his early days, Shaan recalls how his father’s keyboard encouraged him to follow his dream in music and instilled hope in him to own a similar instrument one day.

    The campaign highlights how the brand contributed to the world of music by inculcating creativity and learning through different stages of life. “In the past 25 years, it has attempted to encourage young music enthusiasts to take a chance and venture into the harmonious world of musical learning. Almost every child in India who wishes to learn music starts their journey with a Casio Mini, be it to eventually practice professionally or as a great hobby,” says the brand in a statement.

    As part of the campaign, Casio has also rolled out a giveaway contest that encourages fans and followers to share their Casio memories and get a chance to be featured on the official Casio social media handle and win a Casiotone keyboard.

It came into being as an unprecedented new form of musical instrument at the time, based on Casio’s co-founder Toshio Kashio’s philosophy of “creating something from nothing”. Soon after Casio release widely popular products like VL-1, CZ-101 and expanded into Digital Guitars with it’s DG Series in 1988

    Launch of Privia

    In 2003, Casio introduced a new concept in the affordable digital piano category, offering more advanced features with a high-quality sound; all at an affordable price. Since its inception, the Privia series has continued to expand with the recent launch of PX-S1000 & PX-S3000; the world’s slimmest digital piano. With a slim and stylish body, these Pianos came with Bluetooth Audio connectivity and weighed less than 12 kgs.

    Introduction of Indian Keyboards

    Being a trailblazer since the start of this industry, In 2007, Casio introduced a new generation of keyboards termed as “Indian High-Grade Keyboards” by introducing the CTK-810IN which was focused towards providing quality Indian instrument tones & rhythms to be used by local musicians. Made specially for the Indian market, this keyboard series has been a huge success and have had a lot of new additions since then.
