    MUMBAI: The countdown is over, and 2025 has arrived!

    While the grown-ups toasted their way into the new year, it’s time for kids to celebrate in their style—fun, laughter, and edge-of-your-seat adventures.

    And guess what? Warner Bros. Discovery’s kids’ channels—Cartoon Network, Pogo, and Discovery Kids—are here to turn January into a rollercoaster of excitement!

    Kids be ready (Adults too! we don’t judge) for a month packed with action, humour, and stories that will make your imagination soar. Because 2025 isn’t just about starting a new year—it’s about starting it your way, with the coolest lineup of shows that make every day an adventure.

    So, grab the popcorn, turn up the volume, and let Cartoon Network, Pogo, and Discovery Kids set the stage for your best year yet!

    This January, it’s all about kids. It’s all about fun.

    Cartoon Network starts the year with the return of Lamput on 11-12 January at 10 am, featuring new episodes of the mischievous, shape-shifting troublemaker outwitting the persistent scientists.

    1    Bandbudh aur Budbak introduces fresh episodes every Monday to Friday at 7 pm, following the hilarious antics of Badrinath and Budhdeb.

    2    The thrilling Bionic Max premieres on 13 January, with daily episodes at 9:30 am, spotlighting Max, the bionic guinea pig, and Jean-Claude, his loyal fish friend, navigating urban challenges.

    3    Fans of high-seas adventures can join Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates in One Piece East Blue, airing every Sunday at 1 pm, as they chase the legendary One Piece treasure.

    Pogo takes viewers on mythical journeys, starting with the Chhota Bheem Big Picture: Mahashaitan – The Rise of Dark World trilogy. The three-part special airs every Sunday from 5-19 January, bringing action-packed episodes as Bheem battles to stop Mahashaitan’s dark forces.

    On 26 January, Little Singham: amrit ke Rakhwale premieres, featuring Little Singham and his team fighting to protect the sacred amrit of Garuda. Packed with suspense, the story follows Little Singham teaming up with Gari, an injured eagle warrior, to save the day.

    Discovery Kids kicks off the year with the Zamana Titoo Ka movie premiering on 26 January at 12:30 pm. Titoo, the brave protagonist, embarks on an electrifying journey to stop the sinister Tornado from turning humanity into machines.

    1    Fans can also enjoy daily episodes of Titoo at 12:30 pm and 8:30 pm, featuring more exciting adventures with Titoo and his futuristic robot companion.

    January promises an unmatched entertainment experience for kids as Cartoon Network, Pogo, and Discovery Kids deliver a mix of humour, action, and heartwarming moments. Whether it’s Lamput’s escapades, Chhota Bheem’s battles, or Titoo’s adventures, young viewers are in for an epic treat.

Meet K.O. – a young and ambitious boy on a mission to become the world’s greatest hero! Taking on the might of a nefarious villain, K.O. is proof that all you need is some grit and gusto. And unlike any other show launch, the channel will introduce this sci-fi and fantasy to Indian audiences in a unique way – through a binge-watch across 3 days!

    Created by Ian Jones-Quartey, OK K.O.! Let’s Be Heroes promises to be the perfect rollercoaster ride packed with tons of high-octane action sequences and the many exciting adventures of little K.O.

    Set against the backdrop of a retro-futuristic year of 201X, OK K.O.! follows the journey of a cheerful and enthusiastic young boy who earns a job at hero supply store, Gar’s Bodega, at Lakewood Plaza. The show portrays K.O.’s daily life at work, where he does his duties with sheer diligence in his quest to become the ‘Greatest Hero Ever’. In his cool world, every single hero has his own unique power card stating his or her powers and statistics. Together with his friends and co-workers K.O. takes on the world through various challenges, in his attempt to become the ultimate hero!

    Speaking about the premiere in India, Krishna Desai, Executive Director & Network Head-Kids, South Asia, Turner India said, “It is our constant endeavour to build a relatable world for kids, with interesting stories and fun characters. Considering the advent of the festive season, it is the perfect time to launch a Cartoon Network international show in India and engage with the kids.     MUMBAI: A brand new series of The Tom and Jerry Show, featuring the world’s most beloved cartoon duos, is back with a fresh take on the classic cat and mouse frenemies. The all-new series explores exciting new slapstick storylines and fantastic new worlds, shining a brightly coloured lens on a never-ending battle that has set the benchmark for cartoon rivalries. Cartoon Network India is scheduled to air all new episodes of The Tom and Jerry Showstarting April 21, 2014 from Monday to Thursdayat 2pm.

     

    The brand new series will feature the legendary pair continuing their never ending chase with a fresh take on the classic. This time, Tom’s determination and Jerry’s cleverness will not be limited to their usual suburban setting. The episodes will include new worlds as their settings, in new situations and storylines set in different eras, be it in a witch’s den in the medieval period of magic or a crazy scientist’s laboratory in the modern science age.With these interesting settings, thepossibilities for chaos in an elementary chase of a cat and mouse are endless.

    MUMBAI: Cartoon Network India is all set to launch two new shows – Lego’s Mixels and Steven Universe. The mischievous shorts of Mixels will be telecast every Saturday at 8:00 am and the magical adventures of Steven Universe every Sunday at 10:30 am.

    Talking about shows, Turner International India South Asia sr director and network head – kids, Krishna Desai said, “We are thrilled to launch Lego Mixelsand Steven Universe in Indiathat represent Cartoon Network’s illustrious and trans-global portfolio.The partnership with Lego is the next step in the evolution of Cartoon Network Studios and the way we co-develop original IPs.Steven Universeis our latest and biggest original series, that has been creating waves across the world. Kids in India can look forward to all this new excitement, entertainment, humour, adventure and wackiness on Cartoon Network.”

    Mixels is a groundbreaking global franchise created by the powerhouse partnership of two of the biggest forces in kids’ entertainment – Cartoon Network and the LEGO Group. Mixels is centred around a world of colourful creatures who can mix and combine with each other leading to hilarious and surprising results. They are comical, mischievous creatures that live in tribes of three. Each tribe is based around a unique natural element. The Infernites are fiery and short tempered, but handy for a barbeque. The Cragsters are the industrious mining tribe and the Electroids are a quirky bunch with enough nervous energy to light up the whole world. Nixels, annoying and destructive little creatures, wreak havoc over the Mixel land trying to tear down and break apart the tribes. Mixels will air as two minute shorts every Saturday at 8:00 am starting 15 February 2014.

    Steven Universe is the latest original animated comedy series from Cartoon Network Studios. Steven Universe is about the misadventures of a boy named Steven, the ultimate “little brother” to a team of magical guardians of humanity – the Crystal Gems. Steven may not be as powerful as the Crystal Gems or as savvy.  But that doesn’t stop him from joining his sisters – Garnet, Amethyst and Pearl on their magical adventures and somehow finding a way to save the day! It is created by Emmy and Annie Award-nominated writer and storyboard artist Rebecca Sugar. Steven Universe premieres on 16 February 2014 and will air every Sunday at 10:30 am on Cartoon Network.
