Pride of Cows unveils brand film on single-origin milk

Mumbai: Parag Milk Foods’ flagship brand Pride of Cows launched its brand film, emphasising its leadership in single origin milk. The film highlights Parag’s Bhagyalakshmi Dairy Farm, showcasing Pride of Cows as India’s exclusive single origin dairy brand.

As the first Indian premium dairy brand to promote the single-origin milk concept, Pride of Cows offers consumers transparency by providing consistent quality from one dedicated farm, ensuring they know the source of their milk.

Parag Milk Foods executive director Akshali Shah said, “Consumers today are more conscious than ever about the quality and origin of the food they consume. Single-Origin Milk is our way of providing absolute transparency in this process. Unlike conventional milk sourced from multiple locations, Pride of Cows comes from a single farm, ensuring a level of purity, quality, and traceability unmatched in the industry. This commitment to one source, one farm and one breed is integral, especially in today’s time, where authenticity is critical. The film is a celebration of this dedication to excellence and our farm’s ability to deliver an experience like no other.”

The narrative follows a young mother who is both the central character and narrator. Her journey leads her to Bhagyalakshmi Dairy Farm, where she discovers practices that ensure pure, fresh milk is delivered directly to her home. The sensory experience of the 1,200-acre farm showcases healthy cows, cared for with shades, mats, RO water, and nutritious fodder under global experts’ supervision. The film highlights unique details, such as serenading the cows with special music. This results in delivering fresh milk, allowing consumers to trace its origin. Ultimately, the mother wakes from a dream to find delicious milk waiting for her at breakfast.

The agency behind the campaign, BelieveTrinity founder Samarth Shrivastava said, ‘Working with the Pride of Cows team and the facilities at Bhagyalakshmi Farms was a pleasure. The level of care and attention to detail shown at the farm reflects in the product itself, which we’ve tried to showcase in the film. Viewers will be captivated by the farm’s story, the stunning visuals, and the message of pure, traceable milk from one single source.”

Indian moms are central to the story, serving as key decision-makers for their family’s wellbeing and primary targets for Pride of Cows. The film aims to connect with this audience, recognising mothers as influencers in making healthy choices. Releasing the film now emphasizes the brand’s commitment to the ‘one source-one promise’ concept, which they upheld even before it became popular. The film highlights the importance of milk’s origin and authenticity, reflecting a trend among consumers who carefully read labels and prioritise genuine products.

The brand film is available on YouTube and the Pride of Cows website, providing an overview of the brand’s commitment to quality and purity. Additionally, the brand launched Pride of Cows whole milk powder, a convenient option for travelers and those on the go. The brand invites everyone to celebrate the Pride of Cows legacy, where every drop is ‘Milk Full of Love,’ representing nourishment from farm to home.

  • Tinder celebrates the peak season of making new connections with a new brand film

Tinder celebrates the peak season of making new connections with a new brand film

Mumbai: Tinder releases the year’s first brand film made for India – ‘You Up’ as a part of the brand’s global message “It Starts with A Swipe”. As Tinder continues to redefine the narrative around dating by exploring the possibilities that extend beyond the search for ‘the one’, the brand film celebrates young adults using the online app to build new experiences and memories that bolster their own personal stories. The 90-second film releases ahead of the peak season for making new connections on Tinder (from Dating Sunday which falls this year on January 7 until Valentine’s Day on February 14) as singletons bring their new year energy and intentions into their quest for making new connections. Last year during this period, 58.7 million more likes were sent compared with the rest of the year.2

Conceptualised by Toaster, the brand film centres on a young woman who chooses a variety of first date experiences without worrying about the outcome. Young 18-25 year old singles, who make up more than half of Tinder globally, nowadays are ditching the pressure of rushing to a “happily ever after” and are Not Attached To Outcomes (aka N.A.T.O), a dating trend revealed by Tinder’s Year in Swipe 2023.

Crafted through the eyes of a young woman, the brand film’s narrative highlights the diverse dating adventures she encounters when using the Tinder app and explores who and how she likes to date. Whether it is a date that teaches her to dance spontaneously or a familiar face from the office, she is able to explore her individuality and fluidity with endless new experiences that await at every turn. Set to the iconic track ‘Zindagi Meri Dance’ (My life is dance) by Vijay Benedict and Alisha Chinai, the soundtrack embodies the euphoria of putting yourself out there for all kinds of possibilities, syncing perfectly with characters’ dating experiences.

Tinder India marketing director Anukool Kumar said, “This campaign is a reflection of the new generation of daters who are embracing a low-pressure, zero-labels approach to dating that opens them up to new types of relationships. In India, 65 per cent of 18-25-year-olds using Tinder’s Relationship Type feature say they are “open to exploring”, and a quarter (25 per cent) using the relationship goals feature say they are “still figuring it out”.3 Tinder doesn’t tell you who or how to date, but we empower all kinds of possibilities. With newly launched features like Tinder Matchmaker™, bringing your trusted circle into the dating journey, we remain committed to ensuring that Tinder continues to be the go-to platform for the next generation of daters in India.`

  • Talented captures raw moments in John Jacobs’ latest collection

Talented captures raw moments in John Jacobs’ latest collection

Mumbai: John Jacobs, a contemporary eye-fashion brand, known for weaving impactful narratives, is all set to release its first-ever brand film. Conceptualised by Talented Agency, directed by Bosco Bhandarkar, and produced by Puff Productions, this high fashion film aims to target a pull at your heartstrings, while it treats the viewer as the intelligent viewer they are.

Featuring a collective of moving, uplifting narratives inspired by a variety of lived experiences, the film’s narrative sets a new benchmark for storytelling in fashion brands. Fashion advertising usually resorts to a template starring great looking models or celebrities, super-stylised editorial shots, and a logo superimposed at the end.

Stay Seen breaks from that very template with a strong, fresh perspective on eyewear marketing that doesn’t separate the good-looking from good feeling. Instead of uptight and self-indulgent, the film is real and vulnerable.

John Jacobs CEO Apeksha Gupta said, “From the get-go we didn’t want this to be a product film. We wanted it to showcase what our brand stands for. And the manifesto of ‘Stay Seen’ does exactly that–puts the spotlight on the wearers, not the glasses. The spirit of Stay Seen reflects the brand’s core ethos–transparency, authenticity and originality.”

Talented founding member and creative Pooja Manek who wrote the film said, “While thinking of the concept, we went down to the most philosophically primal need we have as a human being–to see a myriad of new things as life happens, and we want to ‘be seen’ and heard as our most authentic selves. This film takes inspiration from the profound storytelling style of coming-of-age films–a showcase of protagonists learning about friendships, love, ageing, immortality, self expression, and more, through the moments they experience. It all starts with seeing something in a new light.”

Stay Seen director Bosco Bhandarkar commented, “The real challenge and opportunity was to make sure the emotions don’t take a backseat while we do justice to showcasing the product in every sequence. Our music director, Rahul Pais from The Jamroom, experimented with a host of genres before arriving at soulful electronic pop to make this film sound as evocative as it looks. The clients allowed us massive creative and cinematic liberty and we’re chuffed with the final output.”

John Jacobs believes in the power of self-expression through eye fashion. Launched in 2015, the brand blends form and function in equal measure, crafting modern and intricate eyewear for discerning customers.

Just then the lady of the house gets teased by her ghoti relative on whether the spread today features bangal specialities or are there any ghoti delicacies as well. For the uninitiated, people originating from East Bengal (now Bangladesh) are referred to as ‘Bangal’ and those hailing from West Bengal are called ‘Ghoti’. With witty banter and humourous rejoinder, the debate continues in true Kobir Lorai style (a poetic volley of words between 2 people, set to a tune & aimed at outsmarting each other) as the lady and her ‘opponent’ continue to take a dig at each other’s cooking styles, choice of fish and more.

The rhythmic beats of the dhak add to the tempo of this lorai; onlooking family members cheer on, at times even singing along. Who wins, you wonder; of course, the meaty delights by Licious do! Young family members intervene to remind that this isn’t the time to argue, but it’s the time to come together & enjoy the delightful spread that’s brought the family together, all thanks to Licious. Amidst laughter & marked by the festive spirit, the family rejoices with the delicious Pujor Mahabhoj made with Licious’ offerings for the season, forgetting all about their differences. After all, tasty meaty delights from Licious are what every ghoti and bangal would unanimously bond over this Pujo season.
