It plans to open 30 Lego stores over the next five years, including the next one in Bengaluru’s Orion Mall.

    MUMBAI:  Noise, the Indian gadget and wearables brand, has received a fresh $20 million injection from Bose Corp, marking a significant vote of confidence in its global aspirations. This second investment follows Bose’s initial backing in December 2023, solidifying their partnership and fueling Noise’s ambition to become a global tech powerhouse.

    “When Bose Corp backs you—not once, but twice—you know you’re onto something,” said Noise  CEO & co-founder Gaurav Khatri. “They came on board last year, backing our vision to push boundaries in audio and wearables. That belief gave us the push to level up. Now, they’ve doubled down with another $20 million investment. A clear sign they believe in what we’re building—out of India, for the world.”

    The new funding, structured as compulsory convertible debentures, will support Noise’s operational expenses, expansion plans, brand visibility, and working capital needs. This investment values Noise at approximately $470 million, a slight increase from its previous valuation.

    Noise, which primarily sells smartwatches and audio devices, reported a revenue of Rs 1,431 crore for the fiscal year ended March 2024. Despite a flat revenue compared to the previous year, the company experienced a net loss of Rs 20.1 crore.

    Bose’s continued investment underscores its belief in Noise’s potential to disrupt the global wearables market. Bose, known for its high-end audio products, brings not only capital but also expertise in product development, user experience, and global market strategy. This strategic partnership aims to accelerate Noise’s growth and enhance its product offerings.

    NEO Sports Broadcast has announced a list of sponsors for the German Football League.

     

    The associate sponsors for the Bundesliga’s 51st season in 2013-14 are Airtel, Lava, Loreal, Bose and Nike. More brands are in the process of signing up the channel revealed.

     

    The number of sponsors announced is amongst the highest for any football league broadcast in the country. Through these associations, NEO has nearly sold out all inventories on the Bundesliga, the broadcaster claims.

     

    NEO Prime and NEO Sports will showcase close to 300 hours of live and non-live programming from the 2013-14 Bundesliga season. Apart from the live action every weekend, this includes previews, match highlights and magazine shows covering the latest news and developments from the league.

     

    Live coverage of the current Bundesliga season on NEO runs from August 2013 to May 2014.

    The Stamford, Connecticut-headquartered company, whose brands include Harman Kardon, JBL, AKG and Infinity, recently awarded its creative duties to Law & Kenneth, and roped in AR Rahman as the brand ambassador for JBL “Hear the truth’ campaign.

    MUMBAI: Times Global Broadcasting’s 24-hour English business news channel ET Now has launched a new brand campaign focusing on its core proposition ‘Stay Ahead of the Market’.

    In the new campaign, the channel is promoting the technical analysts – Ashwani Gujral, Sudarshan Sukhani, CK Narayan, Rajat Bose and Deepak Mohoni, who, starting 13 December, will give regular market updates.   
         
      ET Now will also highlight the “key strengths of the channel” which is breaking news first. “The dynamic ticker, in-depth analysis of the big markets stories and the faces who bring it all together – the anchors of the channel, will be promoted through this campaign,” an official release said.

    MUMBAI: Audio equipment firm Bose India has introduced the Companion 5 multimedia speaker system for computer users who enjoy movies, music, and games.

    With one USB connection, the system turns the computer into a complete entertainment hub, delivering today’s multi-channel audio content from two visible speakers and a hideaway Acoustimass module.

     
    The new Companion™ 5 system requires no software installation, no sound card upgrade, no adapters or complicated wiring for setup. With plug-and-play simplicity, it creates a desktop-theater, providing much of the performance of a fully wired five-speaker system.
