    Good Vibes ropes in Yami Gautam as its brand ambassador

    Mumbai: Good Vibes, a Purplle-owned skincare brand, has announced Yami Gautam as its brand ambassador. The Bollywood actor will feature in the brand’s first full-scale campaign introducing Good Vibes and its signature Rosehip range.

    As a brand ambassador, Gautam will accelerate the brand’s mission to deliver ingredient-led skincare to women across the country. “In the recent past, she has emerged as a strong influence for embracing her natural self and has inspired women to explore their natural beauty. This has strong synergy with the brand’s belief of using natural beauty ingredients while staying away from harmful chemical ingredients,” said the brand in a statement.

    In keeping with the same spirit, Good Vibes and Yami join hands to launch the first-ever brand campaign #GlowKaMissingPiece. The campaign will be a series of two films and multiple shorties with 200+ influencers amplifying the campaign across social and digital channels. The film sees Gautam imagining, in a fun playful manner, how marriage would feel if critical elements at different ceremonies were missing.

    Mumbai: McDonald’s India (South and West) has launched a special meal – ‘The Rashmika Meal,’ in collaboration with South actor Rashmika Mandanna to delight her fans. According to a statement, this meal includes all of Rashmika’s favorites – McSpicy Fried Chicken, McSpicy Chicken Burger, Piri Piri Fries, Nimbu Fizz and McFlurry, in exclusive packaging.

    The Famous Orders platform has seen global success at McDonald’s. From the Mariah Carey Meal in the US to the BTS Meal that was launched in over 50 markets worldwide. ‘The Rashmika Meal’ will be available across all McDonald’s restaurants in South India, said the brand.  

    “Everyone, including the most famous celebrities have their go-to order at McDonald’s. We are really excited to collaborate with Rashmika and bring ‘The Rashmika Meal’ to her millions of fans, and can’t wait to see them enjoy it just the way she does,” stated McDonald’s India (West and South) director of marketing and communications Arvind RP.

    Mumbai: Yardley has roped in Bollywood actor Kriti Sanon as its brand ambassador. 

    The brand has also launched a new campaign conceptualised by Contract Advertising, a part of the Wunderman Thompson Group and member of the WPP network.

    Yardley India business head Manish Vyas revealed the strategic approach behind this new campaign as he said, “The brand takes pride in using the finest natural ingredients and exotic flowers from gardens of England across its portfolio. Keeping this in mind, we came up with the campaign thought of ‘nature like freshness,’ highlighting what goes into Yardley fragrances that make them distinct and desirable.”

    In the short film directed by Sohini Dasgupta, the actor is featured as a confident and independent young woman, stepping up to take on the world. The TVC has been launched across multiple channels across regions, including digital.

    An extensive print campaign has been planned along with a prominent presence across general trade, modern trade, and e-commerce sites generating 360-degree visibility for the new campaign, said the statement.

    Mumbai: High Street Essentials-owned women fashion brand Indya has signed Bollywood actor Shraddha Kapoor as its first brand ambassador. The star will be promoting its contemporary Indian ethnic wear in a variety of campaigns across media platforms, said the brand.

    The announcement comes with the launch of Indya’s first campaign and digital film ‘That’s My Indya’, featuring Kapoor. Debunking common and unpopular opinions about Indian and traditional festive wear, the campaign sets the tone for the brand’s modern Indian design philosophy and positioning, it said in a statement.

    “Shraddha personifies the millennial Indian woman that our brand is centered on – independent, aware and rooted in her being yet modern in her outlook,” said Indya co-founders Tanvi Malik and Shivani Poddar. “Our association with her is a step towards strengthening the connection with our customers and reaching out to millions of more women who will emotionally and sartorially associate with our brand.”

    Mumbai: Fino Payments Bank Ltd (FPBL) has brought on board actor Pankaj Tripathi as brand ambassador.

    During the two-year engagement effective 1 September, Tripathi will be the face of FPBL’s marketing campaigns across various platforms. He will work with the brand in promoting its products and services, said the statement.
    “This is Fino’s first-ever opportunity to have a brand ambassador, a milestone in itself,” said FPBL MD and CEO Rishi Gupta. “Pankaj’s personality resonates our brand values and we believe the association will go a long way in not only achieving the desired top-of-the-mind brand recall but also in bringing about a paradigm shift in consumer behaviour towards the adoption of digital banking.”     
    FPBL’s target segment, the emerging Indian customer is someone who has low levels of financial literacy, technology use, lacks financial inclusion and typically does not have access to basic banking services.     Mumbai: Samsung has signed up Bollywood actor and youth icon Alia Bhatt as the face of its newly announced flagship Galaxy Z series foldable smartphones in India.

    The Galaxy Z Fold3 5G and Galaxy Z Flip3 5G, also Samsung’s most premium foldable devices, come with an array of more optimised foldable experiences allowing consumers to unfold newer experiences, said the company in a statement.

    “Alia’s qualities and immense popularity among young Gen Z and millennial consumers make her the perfect partner to drive the adoption of Galaxy Z series foldable smartphones,” said Samsung India senior director Sumit Walia.

    “Our research shows that more and more young consumers are now looking for a new form factor for their smartphone, which is also an essential lifestyle statement. Galaxy Z series foldable smartphones will add that new dynamism to their life.     Pre-bookings for Galaxy Z Fold3 and Galaxy Z Flip3 will open on 24 August in India.
