    Bipin R Pandit’s Khumaar Musical Nite returns on 4 November

    Mumbai: Khumaar the famous and much-awaited Musical Nite organised by Bipin R Pandit for the past 18 years in succession (barring the covid period) is all set to happen on Saturday, 4 November 2023 at St. Andrews Auditorium Bandra.

    This year Khumaar will be presented in a new avtaar as songs that will be rendered will be from the year 1990 onwards. Thus, you will have popular numbers of Sonu Nigam, Udit Narayan, Shaan, Kumar Sanu, Alka Yagnik, Anuradha Paudwal. There will be a special Sufi segment as well.

    Khumaar founder and owner Bipin R Pandit stated, “As an organizer and performer it is a great feeling that my show for all 18 years has been houseful two to three weeks ahead of the event date at times even one month before. I am extremely happy that most of the industry Stalwarts from the Media, Advertising and Marketing world have confirmed their presence.

    It has always been my endeavor to scout and select talent meticulously over a period of one year from all over India. Thus, what you get to see on the event day is the very best available. Besides the established stars, I am getting one singer from Ahmedabad, Bangalore, and Malegaon Nashik.

    This show will be in celebration of my completion of 25 years with the Advertising Club and 18 years of Khumaar. It will not be inappropriate to state that this is the perfect launch for the festive season of Diwali that follows. There is a musical Dhamaka in the offering.”

    Bipin R Pandit’s 15th edition of Khumaar enthralls Mumbai audience

    MUMBAI: Bipin R Pandit’s  musical extravaganza Khumaar that happened on Friday 14 February 2020 was a packed house show attended by 800 plus audience at the St Andrew’s Auditorium, Bandra, Mumbai.

    The valentine special show was dedicated to romantic songs.

    Bipin R Pandit says “It was a huge challenge that I picked up to hold my show on Valentine's Day when people prefer to have their private parties further it was a working day and not to forget the crowded area of Bandra at 6.30 pm. The fact that despite all these obvious challenges my show became a super hit is my God’s blessings to me.”

    Now a national brand in the true sense of the word Khumaar had artists from Indore, Bhopal, Pune Ahmedabad and of course Mumbai. All of them gave great accounts of themselves and performed to the best of their ability.

    Present amongst the very elite audience were industry luminaries such as Ramesh Narayan, Raj Nayak, Shashi Sinha, Kaushik Roy, Kalpana Rao, Partha Sinha, Bobby Pawar, Ajay Kakar, Rana Barua, Satyabrata, Debabrata Mukherjee, Ajay Chandwani, Mitrajit Bhattacharya, Megha Tata, Punitha Aurmugam, Pradeep Dwivedi, Dheeraj Sinha, Sanjeev Kotnala, Naval Ahuja just to name a few.

    Bipin R Pandit said that the most encouraging feedback he received from most of the people present was Khumaar is competing with itself and each year the show is better than the previous year. He further added that he received confirmation from a sponsor at the Mumbai show to conduct the next show at Kolhapur.”

    Colors’ Raj Nayak to lead Indian delegation at AdAsia 2015

    MUMBAI: Colors CEO Raj Nayak will lead the Indian delegation at AdAsia 2015 to be held from22-25 November in Taipei. 

     

    The announcement was made by The Asian Federation of Advertising Associations (AFAA) chairman Pradeep Guha in the presence of AFAA vice-chairman Raymond So. 

     

    Guha said, “I am very pleased that Raj Nayak is leading the Indian delegation to AdAsia Taipei. It is a great opportunity for professionals from marketing advertising and the media to participate in Asia’s premier advertising event.”

     

    The principle objective of AdAsia is to give Asian advertising a boost while showcasing that it is at par with international advertising standards. Every alternate year, the event is held at a different destination with Taipei being the host for the congress’ 2015 edition.
