    Mumbai: In a glittering Awards Ceremony in Mumbai, Tapas Gupta, CMD, BEI Confluence was conferred the prestigious “The Marketing & Advertising Person of the Year” award at the fifth edition of the “High Flyers 50 Global Icon Awards 2024” by well-known Bollywood celebrity Mandakini for his outstanding contribution in the field of marketing & advertising in his long & unbroken career spanning over 45 years.

    Tapas has been amongst the top advertising and marketing professionals in India who started his career with McCann – Erickson Group companies and worked with the Group for  21 years before founding his own agency BEI Confluence in 1998. Today BEI Confluence is one of the leading fully independent Indian 360 advertising agencies in India and one of the largest and most professionally managed agencies in the North.

    Commenting on his achievement Tapas Gupta said, “I am delighted to receive this very coveted global award for a long journey of 46 years in Advertising & Marketing, which I love and is extremely passionate about. I really feel humbled, and thank numerous colleagues and bosses I have worked with, from whom I have learnt a lot.     Mumbai: NDTV, is set to bring viewers front-row experience at the inauguration of the grand Ram Mandir on 22 January 2024. NDTV’s ‘Ayodhya Naya Adhyay’ brings you a mega featuring the beloved original stars of the Ramayan series, Arun Govil and Dipika Chikhlia, marking their return to TV starting from 18 January 2024. 

    In another dedicated offering for its trusted viewers, NDTV has secured the rights to air Amish Tripathi’s documentary ‘Ram Janmabhoomi – Return of a Splendid Sun’. The world premiere takes place on 25 January 2024, hosted by Amish, and directed by Nitish Sharma & Pranav Chaturvedi. The documentary promises to unveil unknown facts and legends surrounding Lord Ram’s birth and the significance of Ayodhya. It delves into the holy temple’s history, enriched with insights from religious scholars, chief minister Yogi Adityanath, and the common man alike. 

    The actors from the 80s revered series, Ramayan, will grace NDTV’s screens in the run-up to the auspicious inauguration of Ram Mandir, offering viewers an immersive insight into one of the world’s most significant divine events. Arun-Dipika will be an integral part of NDTV’s coverage, sharing their unique perspectives and experiences over three exclusive segments and a show ‘Ayodhya Naya Adhyay – Siya Ram Sang’. 

    NDTV is all set to provide extensive live coverage of the pre-event, inauguration, and post-launch proceedings from the banks of the holy river Sarayu, spanning all screens and formats. Kicking off on 18 January, the pre-inauguration coverage will include an engaging daily quiz, rapid-fire questions, enlightening lessons from Ayodhya, and a host of other interactive content.     IBN7 readies to launch third season of ‘Zindagi Live’

    MUMBAI: Hindi news channel IBN7 is set to bring back the third season of its popular talk show Zindagi Live. Starting 18 October, the show will go on air every Sunday at 8 pm.

    The series will commence with special episode on ‘On-screen Bhagwans’ that will feature Arun Govil who portrayed Sri Ram in Ramayana, Nitish Bharadawaj who played Sri Krishna in Mahabharata, Dhriti who was the playful Makhanchor of Jai Sri Krishna along with Mukul Naag, the Sai Baba in the serial Sai Baba Tere Hazaron Haath.

    The four ‘TV Gods’ will talk about how their lives changed after playing these characters.

    Zindagi Live, in its third season, will take bigger subjects, untouched issues and a sensitive and compassionate approach to bring forth sensitive topics that have never been discussed on Indian television, the channel said in a release.

    Some of the topics that will be discussed this season include the life of Bollywood stars’ duplicates, extraordinary lives of people after retirement, life of a stuntman, terrorism suspects who were actually innocent, victims of ragging, and unusual entrepreneurs.

    IBN7 managing editor Ashutosh said, “Zindagi Live is not just another talk show, what makes it different is its sincerity that has no parallel while communicating to the viewer. The show is one such example where the ‘emotional connect’ of the presenter has turned the show into an intense powerhouse of emotions.”

    Zee Jagran to launch pilgrimage show ‘Jahan Jahan Ram Charan Chali Jahin’

    MUMBAI: Zee Jagran will launch a pilgrimage-based show Jahan Jahan Ram Charan Chali Jahin on the occasion of Ram Navmi, on 6 April.

    According to an official release, the pilgrimage will have none other than Shri Arun Govil as the guide. The pilgrimage covers two countries, 10 states, 72 districts and 250 places. The program will be anchored by veteran actor Arun Govil.

    Jahan Jahan Ram Charan Chali Jahin gives its viewers a unique chance to explore and know in detail, about all the places visited by Shri Ram during his journeys – first with Rishi Vishwamitra and Rishi Vasishta as a child, and then the famous 14 years spent in exile. They can experience the divinity of all the places blessed by the footsteps of Shri Ram but lost and forgotten over a period of time, states an official release.

    Viewers will discover places like ‘Makhauda’ a small village 20 Kms from Ayodhya where Raja Dashrath performed the Putrayesthi Yagna, and where the Havan Kund in which this yagna was performed is still present, the release adds.

    Says Zee Jagran channel head Anil Anand, “A sense of divine history discovery & exploration, an intrinsic urge to understand one’s roots and an opportunity to be at one with God will make viewers respond to this program.” He further states that “The Channel has spared no cost to make this program special and meaningful for its viewers. The program has been shot – on location – all 250 of them; many of these places are inaccessible by modern means of transport. We have also specially composed over 400 Chaupies which will feature in the program. The title song has been very soulfully given voice by Shri Pankaj Awasthi. The program also gives travel advice to its viewers, should they want to visit any of these places. To involve and reward the viewers, we have an interactive format wherein viewers can win special gifts by sending answers to questions asked by Shri Arun Govil during the program.”

    The program is being promoted heavily on the Zee Network and other TV Channels, apart from viewer contacts being made through van activities across North Indian States.
